More like Smokey soy sauce than actual liquid smoke.It’s not recommended for those who wants that authentic smokiness. You’re better off with another brand.It tastes OK, again it’s just soy sauce with a smoky edge

I use this for home cooking when I am unable to do a 6 hour smoke on baby back ribs. It adds an authentic flavour to the meat and provides a good result. Very happy indeed.

This is basically the next best thing to actually barbecuing. Marinade the liquid smoke to your meat, not the whole bottle, just a quarter, and cook on a grill pan. Honestly it works perfectly. I have used this on steak, chicken, and pork loin steaks, and the result is, bbq flavour. Amazing product.
