Better than 78355 pasta spaghetti 385 gram (Pack of 6)

Others have complained about the initial odour. Fair enough. They even warn you. However after a good rinse there's little or no discernible residual odour. You have to remember why you're buying this stuff, the reason is this we want to lose weight and it will help. It is significantly low cal and it's a good bulking agent. No one would eat it unless they were wanting to lose weight, so no point in moaning just get on.One of the issues I had when doing the 800cal diet was that constipation became a problem. Despite eating enough rabbit food to keep a warren fed, it just didn't have the bulk. This stuff has the texture of a pot noodle I guess. It's all irrelevant though because mixed with a decent sauce it is like any pasta, noodle or rice, just part of the mix, and you don't taste it. I didn't fancy the rice equivalent so I use this in stir fries, curries and even stews. it is just a replacement rice/pasta/noodle and it is worth it.
