Good Lock mechanism
Purchased to replace a mechanism that had started to fail and it was difficult to open from the outside.Delivery was quick and it was relatively easy to install, wish we had purchased it ages ago rather that soldier on with the defective one.We have been using it for over a month now without any issues. Would definitely purchase again.

Perfect fit
I originally ordered the wrong width and was given a no fuss instant refund. I then ordered this replacement lock which went straight into the door and lined up perfectly with the old unit. I couldn’t be happier it was a quick 15 minute job

An exact replacement for the lock backset in this older style of upvc door.

Poor copy.
Nowhere does this say it was a none genuine part. The deadbolt was twisted, the case was distorted the spacer blocked the operation.Spent an hour trying to get it to work and threw it in the bin.
