Bright sounding strings with a decent gypsy jazz tone

I wanted a smooth, mellow tone and this is exactly what the strings provide. As a bonus they are also gentle on the fingers tips if you are new to playing or have been away from your guitar for a while.

I always buy these strings for my Gitane D-500, they are not as Loud as your normal steel acoustic strings but the sound they give is fantastic, many guitarists at the guitar club I go to every week, simply love the sound it gives & reckon it is the Best sounding guitar in the club. Even over another guitar there which cost more than double what I paid for my D-500.

D'Addario are very consistent and reliable strings and I prefer them for a lot my instruments. It may be that there are subtler ones for Gypsy Jazz (Savarez, etc.) but not more reliable, I should not think.

I wasn't sure what strings to get - there are so many options. I chose these because I like the gypsy jazz sound but am really not a gypsy jazz player. BUt they sound lovely for my strumming. They are really light but with a nice a nice full, round tone. I'd recommend them

J’ai adoré ces cordes c’était mon deuxième set que j’achetais et je vais probablement continuer car elles ont un son claires, une tonalité juste et la profondeur du son dur longtemps. Je suis une personne qui a beaucoup de douleur au doigt et avec ces cordes qui sont très facile à monter accorder avec très peu de pression, quoique il faut faire un peu attention à la corde 1,2,3 car elles sont très minces et peuvent cassé j’ai gardé mon vieux set de corde en cas ou en guise de remplacement. Ces cordes ont duré six mois je joue une fois par semaine avec quelqu’un d’autre on joue du Country du Rock du jazz et du folk et avec un amplificateur et ces cordes on une qualité qui dur longtemps je n’étais pas obligé de changer les cordes mais j’avais le goût de me gâter car à ce prix ça vaut la peine surtout que j’ai une bonne guitare maintenant une Godin faites au Québec et le son est écœurant. Je recommande l’achat de ses cordes à n’importe qui joue dans n’importe quel style il faut pas se fier au mot jazz car on peut tout faire avec ces cordes merci

Ottime corde, D'addario fa le cose per bene. Comprate per dare più voce ad una Gran Concert scala corta in Mogano, hanno reso più presente lo strumento. La scalatura light scelta per la minore tensione ha per contro richiesto maggiore attenzione per evitare sgradite rotture durante il montaggio ed il pretensionamento. Buon prezzo certamente.

Buen sonido y muy comodas!! Duran bastante antes de perder el brillo,llevo tiempo utilizando la marca y medidas y sigo apostando por ellas,aunq en esta ocasión,al cambiarlas,la 3ª cuerda se rompió por la parte de la anilla,algo q no me había ocurrido nunca
