Worked great for first 2 months, it now sticks and doesn’t release grip so useless.

Does what you want at arms length….perfect!

I initially looked at the smaller version and remember seeing it had bags included. After considering how I would be after my operation on my right arm I decided on the longer arm scooper, and paid more money. It arrived and I have ONE BAG to try it out, brilliant not ! If you can put bags in with cheaper one why not with the larger one. Now I have to rush about getting some bags big enough before I go into hospital. Not happy

- lasts about 2-3 weeks, then you’ll either have the jaws break or the mechanism to open and close the jaws will fail on you- doesn’t scoop up the mess, scoops up a portion of the mess and leaves the rest engrained in the terrain- loading and unloading is a pain, only specific dog poo bags will work with it- reached out to the owner of the product to leave some feedback, explain I’d bought it multiple times and asked for a refund. The owner told me to get lost and just bragged how great their product was without taking in the feedbackIn summary I would avoid at all costs

Does what it promises and works well and without hassle. My only suggestions are it could do with being another 2" longer (I am only 5'10" and still have to bend a little when using it) for better comfort, and that the jaws could be a little more solid but it is definitely a good product and does exactly what it needs to do

Great product for those who are disabled and cannot bend to pick up the dog poo. Keep your hands clean as the poo is in the bag before you try it. Seems very sturdy and is a good idea that you can put three bags on at a time.

Having sought a number of opinions from other purchasers and reviewers here on Amazon UK, I went ahead and ordered this product. I'm very pleased with it so far, though it is made of fairly cheap plastic, and the entire mechanism boils down to a thin piece of nylon cord which operates the trigger.Nevertheless it does what it's designed to do, it's very lightweight - another positive I hasten to add, and it's actually quite discreet compared to some products out there which look like some clumsy weapon of torture from the middle ages!What it can't do, is pick up after your pooch if he/she has had a strong curry the night before... if you know what I mean? But then I don't think there's anything out there than can to be fair. Well other than a hosepipe or a bucket of soapy water of course!In summary then, it's fit for purpose, ridiculously easy to use, and it's effective. On that basis I would be happy to recommend it.

Very simple...yet highly effective. Light in the hand, and surprisingly versatile when trying to collect stubborn deposits! Just wondering how long the plastic or the mechanism will last?Just purchased my second Poop Scoop & the item was delivered promptly in a huge box!My first Poop Scoop has been retired after years of faithful service - but it still works perfectly mind you. Unfortunately, due to our weather - and yours truly leaving the item open to the elements, the rubber coating to the handle has perished and is now rather nasty and sticky. All my own fault, and I have no one else to blame. I will endeavour to repair said handle for continued use of the Scoop, and there really is nothing better I have come across to deal with the daily chore of Poop collection & disposal.This item has handled the combined waste of two fairly huge Golden Retrievers with aplomb for a number of years, and I can only recommend it highly.
