I am a Crystal Therapist, so I love to find books that talk about crystals, give detailed descriptions, uses, and other information about them. (I love crystals and stones in general, so another reason why I love finding great books on them)I have several crystal books and I have to say I am most happy I found this book! I ordered it, along with the new edition of The Book Of Stones and have absolutely fell in love. For the size of this book it has a great amount of information, uses, and pictures of crystals and stones.I am very pleased about the pictures; the pictures are somewhat small, but they are nice up-close and clear shots. There is not an example of both the natural and polished stones for each one, but the picture quality is excellent.The book also talks about choosing a pendulum, cleansing stones/crystals, choosing the stones/crystals, and several other topics.Chaper 4 is what I say is one of the best features about this book. It talks about crystal remedies; first it lists different physical ailments and the stones/crystals that would be helpful. Next is remedies for emotional ailments, examples of them and stones/crystals that would be helpful to them. Last there is a section for spiritual enhancement; it lists examples and what stones/crystals would be most helpful to you in regards to it.Out of the other crystal books I have that list remedies, I really love how this book was formatted. Having an entire chapter deticated to various remedies is fantastic. It was easy to read though and also just as easy to find what I was looking for.I really recommend this book and I honestly wish I had found it a lot sooner. If I had found this book right away, I have about two or three other crystal books I wouldn't have purchased!

This book is very nice and informative. If you collect or just want to learn about crystals, then it would be a good book for you.

I am so obsessed with this book, one of the best ones out there.Has great directory, you'll always find exactly what you're looking for every time.Explains the crystals so clearly and sections them by color, which is great for newbies just looking up crystals to see what they are just by knowing the color.In the back, it tells you which crystals are for your health/mental problems.For example, my mom has cancer and in the back it shows me different crystals i can use for cancer healing properties.Love this book and it's a great price. I'd recommend it to anyone!

Upon receiving this book, I was instantly uplifted! It is beautifully done with all it's colorful pictures and insightful information. I have always had an interest in crystals and gemstones but have not really taken the time to pursue any real knowledge about them. I finally am making the time to learn everything I can about crystals and gems which is really sparking a passion in me! I have also always had an interest in Metaphysics in general and this just adds another dimension to the bigger picture. This book is well written and put together nicely. Don't hesitate, get this book!

This is a great book for any Certified Crystal Practitioner or anyone who just wants to know more about crystal healing properties. Bright colorful pages, easy to find items. Super book!

This is a great great book for reference! They had it at the store where I purchase most of my crystals so I figured it had to be a good choice. I was very right! It has references by color, and by function which is key. Helps you to know what a crystal you already have can do and what you might need to buy for a specific function. Highly recommended!!!

Good read, informative

Truly, this IS the crystal "bible". You will find a ton of information in here, written by the ultimate authority on crystals, Judy Hall. Pretty much all you could ever want to know, packed into this small book. Our local "rock shop" has a tattered copy on the counter. They use it as their "go-to" reference for any questions that may arise that they don't know the answers to. Judy has also two more "bibles" in addition to this one, so all your bases are covered, if you buy the other two. Also she has written a bunch of other books on crystals....so we all have a LOT of reading & studying to do!! I highly recommend this volume to everyone, including beginners, who has an interest in learning all there is to know about crystals. We use our copy all the time. A great resource!
