RMR-86 Pro Instant Mold Stain Remover and RMR-141 RTU Disinfectant Cleaner DIY Mold Remover Bundle

A couple of years ago I paid over $2000 for a professional mold remediation company to kill mold in my attic. I noticed it starting to return recently and decided to attack it myself. This stuff worked really well and fast! I’d bet this is the same product that I paid that company to use.PS- have replaced my attic ridge and soffit vents and don’t expect the mold to come back.

I found some mold in the back of a closet. I used the RMR-141 and it kills the mold but doesn't remove the stains. I did sampling with a petri dish before and after. I swabbed the areas that still appeared moldy and waited several days with absolutely no mold growth. I then used the RMR-86 and the stains disappear in about a minute. I considered not repainting, but I got some mold resistant paint and replaced the shelves since they were replaceable. There as safety considerations and some really informative videos on PPEs. Definitely better than $4,000 mold remediation if you're so inclined.

This RNR 86pro is a very good product for killing mold. It works. But you need to use ppe equipment that can withstand caustic chemicals. I used a respirator mask that covers your whole face after using one that only covered my mouth and nose area along with heavy duty mask. But again, it's better to err on the safer side by using the full mask respirator that's capable of protecting you from volatile caustic fumes. While spraying this mold killer I got a bit of it on my shirt even though I was wearing a full chemical suit. Soon thereafter I began to smell and taste the chemical as if it had permeated through my skin, even though it didn't, because otherwise I would have burns. So you just need to be careful and watch YouTube videos before you start your project. Educate yourself. Excellent product for mold remediation otherwise.

I’ve used this product for my parents home. It’s removed all exterior mold/fungai off brick veneer. It removed organic growth caused by a leak from an HVAC drain line. Followed the instructions and used the 86 first. The 86 is strong, so do wear a mask and eye protection. After letting it dry, I saturated the areas with the 151. This doesn’t seem as harsh, but it’s what will kill and prevent any organic growth in the future. Happy with the purchase, will probably buy the concentrated packs in the future if I need to reapply.

This one-two combo works very well at ridding wood of mold and keeping it from coming back. Use RMR86 first, then wait until it dries completely. Then use RMR141 to keep mold from regrowing for several months.

Works as described. Removes stain immediately. Ready to use.

Just be aware to use it with proper PPE these stuff are strong

This product works, had some trouble ordering the quantity I needed so received more than one shipment. Upon use, this sure smells and behaves like bleach. We used it in a handheld sprayer on an outdoor blue pine ceiling (sealed) and should have been more careful with drift. Bleaches all fabrics. Mildew did go away, not sure if product will prevent new mildew from appearing. If not, bleach water would have cost a bunch less and probably worked just as well.
