Fits the purpose very well
After starting physio and feeling better from it, started exploring ways of self care. This foam roller is sturdy (not hollow) and with little yield. I like that as it doesn’t get out of shape when I roll my legs on it. It’s a good diameter for me where I support the rest of my body weight whilst I roll. End result - good pain relief.

Best £17 I’ve spent in a long time
I don’t normally leave reviews, but honestly I just had to say something about the product. After researching for supplements and all that I just wanted something to naturally relive tension and pains after exercise and I’ve found it😍. It’s comfortable and immediate relives pains and aches. I had back pains and overall after effects of aches after exercise for a week and as soon as I used this it’s disappeared. Trust me try it it’s life changing, making you more excited to become productive and pain-free day.

very hard
This "foam" roller gives the impression that its like a cushion, but it's really not. It hardly has any give to it. I would like to creator to give the "latissimus dorsi" exercise a try that is recommended on the packaging, whereby you've to place it against your armpit and then expected to put your body weight on it and roll it to your waist. It's agony, like rolling a rock up your side. The makers assert that its this way as soft one get deformed after time, but no, I don't buy that. As it stands there are only a few exercises you can do on your body where the placement of weight is not too intense - basically the ones in which your legs are placed on top, or you rest your shoulder blades against it, but even then, good luck doing a high number of reps with these.

Thicker than expected
Pretty sturdy, foam can always be dented so beware. Quite thick if that's what you're looking for, more so than I'd like though.

Oddly good
I was always sceptical about these doing anything but Boy was I wrong they are great, it's a simple thing but very good, it kinda hurts but in a good helpful way.

Good Size
I'm 6'3" and weigh 17st, I do a lot of squats and deadlifts, my personal trainers roller was way to tiny and fragile for somebody of my size to roll out my back/glutes/hamstrings. I bought this one and its perfect, I don't just take it to the gym, I also take it on work trips out to roll around the hotel floor, its solid as a rock if it can take me.

Check the dimensions!
I found 5his roller to be harder than I expected and too big so it was awkward to use without it slipping.
