Good product!
This is medium to coarse ground semolina and it has become difficult to find in the US. So, we are very happy to have found this product from Turkey! We make Greek stovetop halva, and it was fresh, tasty and had a good texture. We will buy again.

Course Semolina is pretty hard to find locally in my area. This is an authentic product of Turkey. Highly recommend.

Great for sanding fresh homemade pasta
At a recent cooking course chef had us use coarse semolina instead of cornmeal to keep pasta from sticking together. #3 is a coarse grind which is perfect for this purpose.
