Seems like vrs is going downhill
Yes good afternoon the quality of the case seems like it's just cheap plastic and I know when I bought the credit card hold case before it had a metal hinge and I like the heck of a lot better than I do this one. It just seems to me that you guys are going backwards. But thank you and have a great day.

Not Durable... Which Is Kind of the Whole Point
So, you're buying the case because it's tough and you just bought a $1500 folding phone, right? Well, this one might leave you wanting. First impressions were positive (which I suspect is the reason for the generally positive product rating). After purchasing 2 months ago (Jan 22 through Mar 27th today), I've uncovered some flaws.First, the screen protector is just the normal cheap/brittle stuff you find for less than $5/sheet on Amazon. Not a problem in-and-of itself except that the price point of the case might make you think it's a tad better. I dropped it once from about 1ft and it shattered. Mind you, this was also in the case. I don't expect much of a glass screen protector but this was pretty brittle. At the very least, if you're going to include a protector that is THIS brittle, include more than one similar to other screen protector offerings. If that's too expensive... don't include one and make customers THINK they are protected.Second, the case. Oof. The kickstand was weak from day 1. It's a flimsy plastic door that creeks when the mere weight of the phone lays on it. It also holds the screen at a pretty shallow angle so while it's better than nothing, it only works in specific situations where you're looking "down" at your phone. Oh, yeah... it also broke. When I took a better look at the attachment mechanism, it's about as cheap as you could expect. There is a white plastic square-shaped pin which sits in one side to provide some level of angle retention and the other side is simply a plastic nub (see pictures). The most egregious part of this compartment being so insecure is that it is advertised as being capable of holding your credit cards or ID. I never used it for that (making it even more strange that it failed), but I can't imagine trusting my ID and a credit card to this thing. If I had trusted personal cards in this compartment and found out it had failed so easily, I'd be livid. There are other minor durability issues, but these two are the biggest. Other issues include the rubber surrounding the camera bezel starting to pop out of place and the double-sided tape losing adhesion after about a month of you.I'm disappointed because VRS Design came highly rated on several sites, but I have been far from impressed. For a $50-$75 case you expect something akin to an Otterbox, especially in a case explicitly advertised as "tough".Your phone deserves better than something that may or may not fail at any moment.

Slippery case, with too much “raiseivity” on the front screen.
I ordered the case without the s-pen holder. The case was good but could be better with minor adjustments.I loved that it could hold a metal credit card and driver's license. Without any cards the case doesn't feel right, as you can bend in the backdoor because it doesn't have any cards filling in the gap.The opening for the fingerprint reader was acceptable, but a larger space would have been better. I'm not sure if it's possible because of the volume buttons, which did have a good click to them.My last gripe is the amount of “raiseivity” on the front screen. It made it challenging to press anything close to the border.Overall if you don't mind the bulk and need somewhere to carry some cards, this is a great case. For me the search for the perfect zfold 4 case continues...

One of the better cases I came across
I have tried a few cases for the Galaxy Z Fold 4, and so far, the VRS Design Terra Guard Ultimate Go has been one of my favorites. The case was easy to install and very lightweight. Some features I have to rave about that other cases did not have is the hinge cover, the card slot, and the kickstand. You can fit up to 2 cards (your ID and any bank card you frequently use), making it easy to carry one less thing in my purse. If I were ever to drop my phone, the hinge cover would protect it from any damage to my device. The wide kickstand makes it easy to display my phone hands-free. I recommend this case to anyone with a Galaxy Z Fold 4 phone.
