These straps work great. I got them for additional strapping on my bike rack. They are a great size and the metal clasp is very strong

Perfect for securing while to rack

I got this because I need to to transport a long, unweildy box. I needed a way to make a handle for it so I could lug it from place to place. I used three of these: Two to wrap around the box, and one between them to form a handle. The set-up actually worked well, and I was able to successfully move the box several times. With having a way to lug the box with one hand, that kept the other hand free to other items. The only negative I have about these straps is that the latch you press down on to loosen or tighten the strap sticks up a bit higher than I wanted it to do, so it can catch on things or bump up against something, which immediately loosens the strap. I found I needed to constantly be checking all three straps on the box to make sure they were staying secure. But overall a good value.

These things are great. I bought more of them because I constantly find more uses for them.

I use these to secure a mobility scooter to a carrier on the back of my car. After traveling relatively short distances (less than five miles), at lower speeds (25-30 MPH), and city streets, these begin to loosen up more than I'm comfortable with. They've never come completely off, but they make me nervous. I might use them for other purposes, but I don't trust them as secure tie downs for the scooter.
