It’s been 5 weeks since I sent the test. Still no results! I don’t think the blood can still be good for testing.Sent them bunch of emails since they have no phone support! No response to refund requests!Seems like a scum.

Very easy to follow
The process was easy to follow, and the test result explanation was thorough. There was a delay due to severe weather conditions and they refunded my purchase money, but still processed the test when it arrived. They sent me an email with the test results.
