Crystal Clear water and pure taste
Its been 4 months till this date and its working great. The bottom layer had so pure water that you cant even notice the level and see your reflection. Originally after some time we had to learn how to clean candle for better flow(DO NOT use any soap or boil it), we personally have a different scotch bright for just the candle and wash with clean water.Also for new purchaser's pls dont fill the top if the bottom is full(we learn that the hard way)

Good Product with Rust Issues (Review after 1.5 years)
I've used this product for about 1.5 years. It has been good overall, but the tap is now rusted. Both the drums are covered under 10 years warrenty but the tap has only 1 year warrenty, even though the company says the tap(comes under spare parts) is of 304 grade stainless steel.

Pathetic. Carbon candle developed a crack in less than 7 days of use; Customer care denied warranty
*UPDATE* - One of the 2 carbon candles I installed has developed a crack without any apparent reason within 7 days of use. I got suspicious after the water started tasting of chlorine and checked the candles to find this. Their warranty document for the carbon candle states that there's a 1 year warranty on the carbon candle, so I I reached out to their customer care. To my surprise, they told me to use the remaining candle and that this damage won't be covered by warranty. This, even though it developed by itself after normal use. And this is their most expensive candle. So not only is the product defective, the customer care is also poor and they refuse to honour their warranty. I'm planning to raise this issue with the consumer helpline so they can stop defrauding customers. *** Earlier review - Water tastes clean and neutral, just as it should. Easy to assemble and looks great.

Candle replacement service
I would like to share the experience of replacement and warranty. Carbon candles were not functioning properly , so the service of rama water filter has done the needful in replacing the candles although not the same candles but their executive vivek was in touch till the candles got replaced. Their service was satisfactory.
