As a man in my 60's, I started seeing ads for Colostrum as a nutrient supplement with a wide range of benefits. It's supposed to boost your immune system, burn fat, build muscle, boost focus, improve strength and endurance and make you more disease resistant. Colostrum is the first form of breastmilk that is released by the mammary glands after giving birth. It's nutrient-dense and high in antibodies and antioxidants to build a newborn baby's immune system. In adults Colostrum supplements are being used for gut health, graceful aging, cognitive support, exercise recovery, and immune strengthening.I have started using the Codeage Colostrum supplement which comes from grass-fed cows and is a freeze-dried powder in a capsule. I have been taking this supplement daily and so far, I have found the capsules easy to take with no after taste or dietary issues. I have done a lot of research on Colostrum and feel like this product is high quality and really at a reasonable price. I have noticed increased endurance in my daily workouts, and I have actually lost a few pounds since I began the regimen. Obviously, the weight loss may be a result of increased intensity in my workouts. Some of the other benefits are longer term so I may update this review as time goes on.

I like it’s pill form pure and the body if it is compermized immune system this will help plus other things

first time i brought this i have used a differant one, I tkink the benafit is more than the cost iam excited

The serving size, per day, is six massive pills. Which is triple the amount of a similar product I was taking. Additionally, even when taken with water it has a slightly unpleasant grassy taste. However, these do seem to be of higher quality than previous types of this supplement.Usually taken before exercising has not yet caused me any issues GI wise while working out. Good product.

Love it! Been taking colostrum for almost a decade

I got this because I am currently trying to alleviate gut pain and improve my gut health. This company has been in my radar for a while as they have recently been making their appearance with some very good quality products. From what I am noticing is that they take a supplement and some how and in some way make it better. Take for example this colostrum. Notice it's freeze dried so it didn't loose any of it's potency. And that it's bioavailable meaning your body can actually use it ! And too, Gluten free which is extremely important to some people. So yeahh this is real nice quality colostrum IMO.Colostrum has pages of possible benefits but it's best known for gut health and detox. It has many studies focused on it's possible anti-cancer potential. And a lot of athletes tout this as a possible way to increase IGF-1 for more growth hormone. It has what is referred to as the detox effect in some people but I am not sure how much they are taking to achieve that. However I love supplements that detox the body from harmful things like this may do so hopefully it will do that some with 'normal' doses.. I also love any supplement that may give bacteria, infections, and cancer a run for the money like this may do. Supposedly you 'might' feel sick when taking this for a day or two and you stand a chance to have flatulence and nausea as well ! I took a what I consider a rather large dose (way more than 10 caps spread through out the day) and the only thing I noticed is my stomach felt soooooo much better. Now that took about 24 hours before I noticed relief so keep that in mind.Now normally I do not give any supplement 5 stars unless it is third party tested. But I have never seen colostrum 3rd party tested by any brand. Tested yes but not 3rd. party. And also I feel so much better now so it worked just as I had hoped. With that said I have to give this all 5 stars as I am really impressed with this company and this product. These are easy to take and what you may feel will differ for each individual IMO but as I stated ,,I felt nothing but a better feeing tummy. Good Luck and hope this was helpful.Edit 3/15. I took an insane amount to reach the detox effect and I did end up with a head ache and body aches kinda like a bad cold. Also a lot of flatulence. This lasted two days and supposedly was due (may) to all the toxins being pulled out of deep tissue. Ton of data out there on the detox effect if you want to pursue.

I read a lot of glowing reviews on this particular product brand so decided to try it. Not sure if it is just me or what. I am not lactose intolerant and I have no issues taking collagen daily in my coffee. I decided to give this a try as it seems to have more benefits than collagen does. Unfortunately I ended up having terrible stomach pains and was so constipated for days after just taking three doses. I was hoping it wasn't related, so I waited a few weeks and then tried again. Same thing happened. Just be careful on the dosage when you are starting out to make sure this product will work for you. Waste of money for me and I can't return it.
