I am a loyal customer of this brand. I researched the ingredients and their forms against other brands and these came out on top for quality and effectiveness in the body. I purchased the vitamin D + k2 product a year ago when I was pregnant and needed it. I loved how much i got in a packet, how small the pill was and that it was effective. When I needed additional supplements because I started glp1 treatment and to manage and hopefully reverse pcos I was static to find this and others under this same brand with great quality ingredients and good effectiveness. You guys have my loyalty. I am on a budget and find this brand to be budget friendly but I care more about effectiveness and results and those two are hard to get especially with pcos so I am very happy. Particularly this product is hard to find in pill form so get it.

Products works great but 6 a day is allot.

good stuff. I take 10-20 grams a day and this lasts quite a while.
