The Velcro front designed for the computer is not very substantial / fastening. Predicting after several uses to remove the Velcro piece this will wear down and not adhere sufficiently over time. The athletics of the bag when the outside Velcro piece removed looks awful. The entire item is not a all - a self contained all together 1-piece bag as our previous one we had for double digit years. Limited outside pockets for ancillary items is also absent.

This bag is amazing, light weight and durable for 13.5 surface book 2 and other heavy book, there are extra 2 components on the side accommodate the umbrella and water externally. With wheel and rolling around in NYC. My shoulder pain was eased because of the bag. Thank you~

I bought this bag as a gift for my boyfriend and he is very happy with it. He travels frequently for work and has found it to be very durable and easy to maneuver through the airport. The only drawback to this product is you still have to remove your laptop from the bag at security, unlike mentioned in the product description.

This bag is just what I needed it will fit on the small RJ planes and It is still a roller bag! It fits my Surface Pro 3 and so much more! This is a great bag for the traveler that wants a roller bag that will still fit in the overhead even on small planes!

I wanted the same as this bag with red logo, but the bag which is I received today is different and I'm going to call my bank tomorrow.

This is a very nice carrier; unfortunately, if your laptop is wider than 13", it will not fit. Also, you will have to pay return shipping to get your refund. Very disappointing. If your laptop meets the minimum size standard, this can be a very good purchase.

I travel every week and I'm always looking for the best rolling laptop bag. I need one that's durable, rolls well, has a sturdy handle, can fit lots of gadgets and is small enough to fit under the seat. I'll admit it, I pack a lot more stuff than most people. This bag meets all my requirements except fitting a lot of stuff. It is smaller than what I really need but I love the flip open laptop area. I'm still using it but I have to have an additional bag for my stuff when I'm bringing a suit and shoes, etc.I want to update my original comments. I’ve had this bag for 3 years now and it is stilll going great! I record for me. I’ve yet to meet a plane that it cannot be stashed in the overhead bin.

It's a decent bag, sturdy and rolls well. The middle opening isn't particularly well set up to put things and remove them easily, the flip part is a nice idea but many airports don't allow for that but still functional overall.
