100% works for a Pre LCI F10 even with Auto Start
I gave up on trying to find a crystal start button cause all the ones I found were made for LCI models but this one popped up and I'm glad I gave it a shot. I didn't mess around with the dum dum they give you to try and pull it off I just popped the whole trim piece off and removed the start button. It's all just held in by clips and pops off really easily, new one clicked in perfectly fine. May have been me misinterpreting the picture but to me it seems like they're saying it wont work with Auto Start but worked fine on mine. Only thing I will say is it doesn't sit flush like the original start button, no idea why but every aftermarket crystal one I've seen has been like that.

Definatley an upgrade
This fir great. Easy install and looks way better than the basic factory button. I love the silver face and the red coloring underneath when lit. Fit my 2011 f10 528i perfectly.

Doesn’t fit & no instructions included
As intuitive as it may seem to stick the putty on the button and pull, that won’t work. Why? Because apparently the putty piece must set for 15mins first (a little nugget of info I found scrounging the entire web). Would’ve been nice if they included a small note explaining that but no… NOTHING at all. After finally removing the button, no thanks to the manufacturer, it doesn’t even fit my 2013 F10 535i as they claim it should. WASTE OF MONEY!
