Working Fine After 300 days
I've been using this for a year. Still holding full charge. No complaints.

Name brand
After getting some cheap knock offs and they died within months, I bit the bullet and payed to get a battery that will last.

Battery only, no charging cable
What's not to like? It's a spare battery. The Shark IonFlex is a WONDERFUL vacuum, but a 20 minute vac per battery with 3 hour charging time is just hard to bear. If you buy this vac, you will need a spare battery. Just notice, there is not a spare cable to charge with. That's ok because the original battery comes with the cable. So as long as you still have that, you're good to go. Hard to rate a rechargable battery before you've had it a year. This one does hold a charge right now.

Works fine
We love our Shark Vacuum and the original battery is holding up well. Only occasionally, if we're really doing a lot of cleaning, it will need recharging before we're done. So getting a 2nd battery solves that. Now that we've got two, we alternate them every week so as to give them a break, and wear them out evenly. We also plug the charger in after every use to keep them topped off. It's also handy that the charger plugs directly into the battery, so while you're using the vacuum you can be topping of the spare battery.

Don’t buy knock off
If you’re going to buy a replacement for your Shark cordless buy a SHARK ion battery. One that actually says Shark on the back. You can buy a regular ion battery but it will lose it’s charge quickly and will be totally useless within a year. Some people say that if you use a Shark charger you will be okay but that’s crap. My first Shark battery did eventually wear out after 5-6 years but it kept a full charge that entire time. I was happy to buy a new one after all those years. I love my vacuum and it is still going strong.

Disappointed
I had ordered cheaper off brand batteries that fit but only lasted for a few cycles. So I decided to pay a little more and get the real shark battery....but again, no luck..won't charge past one line. And my original battery is still going strong after more than 2 years. Love the portable vacuum but very disappointed in battery replacements!!! Just days past return window....

Cheap but worthless
Bought a refurbished battery. Worked at very minimal level, around 5-8 minutes with each charge. After a few uses, it's now down to a 2-3 minutes charge.
