Love this toy! My daughter has been trying to steal remotes for MONTHS since her teeth have been coming in. Obviously, this teething toy looked like a must. At the price, it’s really a no-brainer. The size is really nice for little hands and it’s super sturdy and well made. The ONLY issue I’ve noticed is with the clip lanyard that came with it. The clip part, that you can use to clip to clothing/blankets/etc, is only attached to the lanyard with its own clip. (Pictures to better understand what I mean!) I picked the remote up to hand to my daughter and the end was gone and I found it in her mouth. TOTAL CHOKING HAZARD! I took the lanyard off and will be using one that I have for her pacifiers, but still. Just something to note. The remote toy itself is amazing and seems to give her a lot of pain relief. Just maybe don’t use the clip it comes with!

For a child who likes to take the regular remote. I always say no when i catch my baby going for the remote. Even though she cannot talk, I picked up her remote and she grunted at me. Basically telling me no when I picked up her remote. Great chew toy for the teething baby who wants to put everything in their mouth including the regular TV remote.

She loves chewing on it, and honestly, I sometimes find myself picking it up by mistake because it looks so real. Plus, the shape and size are just right for little hands to grab, shake, and chew. It’s cute, funny, and surprisingly practical. If you want your baby to teethe happily and save your actual remote from being slobbered on, this is the one. Five stars for saving my sanity and giving my baby something safe to chew on!

Finally, a remote toy that looks like a remote!! Those plastic name brand ones with shiny lights and buttons aren't realistic and the kids figure it out real quick that it's no the real deal. This one looks like our steaming remote and the baby things she's 'helping' with the channels :) I also love that it's silicone so it's very easy to clean and she can teethe on it to her hearts content. It came with a strap but we haven't used that yet.

Without touching this, the front looks exactly like a remote. The second you pick it up, you realize it doesn't actually have a back - it's just empty silicone. My 1 yr old loves to play with and even chew on our remotes, but the second he picked this one up, he knew it was fake. It doesn't have weight like a real remote and it's very bendy. If you want a baby chew toy, this works well. But if you want a more realistic remote, this isn't it.
