Nice but not getting 100% charge

They show active noise cancellation,but looks like their is no noise cancellation after using a product and also playing time is 3 to 4 hours instead of 15 hours which thwy shows in product detail which is very low then what they offer..no one replied on email complain

here we go- Average Sound- average loudness- average battery lifeabout every thing is average but Bass is so Bad that the speaker cracks in full volumenow the worst part :-it disconnects automatically,initially it started small, and then it happens often,some times when i am watching a podcast the voices breaks, and go complete mute then disconnects, connects again and then the voice just breaks you won't be able to hear anything.the soft touch for songs change and picking up calls is hit and miss.invest more few hundred bucks and buy a Boat earphones.Thank you.

Very good Product loved it completely, the price justifies the quality and make of the product bass is awesome i can hear from it for hours the comfort level is also very good. Amazing product just go for it

I have been a fan of Portronics products for a long time. I was looking for cheap dot style earbuds that I could use with my computer during video calls and these were my first choice as they were from my go-to brand for electronic accessories. I know I should not be expecting much at this price point but brands like boat, cross-beats, and Amazon have better options than this overall.PROs:- Good build quality for the price- Very Comfortable to wear- Decent soundCons:- Below average mic. The mic pics up a lot of surrounding noise, so if you have a fan running nearby even at medium speeds, you're going to have issues.- Bad battery life. (They last less than 90 minutes if you use them for a Zoom call)(the case can only hold about 2 full charges)- Bad pairing. Unlike most TWS buds that pair when you open the lid, these only pair when you take the buds out. Also the pairing only starts if you use the left bud. If you take out the right bud only then the buds will not pair to your device)Also, there will be times when you take the buds out and they go into pairing mode and wouldn't connect to your device. You have to put the buds back in and take them out again to make them work.Wouldn't recommend for buying if you have other options.

Just received the product. Sound balance and clarity are amazing for the money. Though I normally use my Bose headphones, this product scores high in terms of value for money. I have bought quite a few Portronics products and I have never been disappointed.
