Wire camera with great video quality

I love this system, especially when you are a beginner. Installed everything in a couple of hours. Love the ability to monitor my property and see what is going on outside from the comfort of home. Works great and have had absolutely no problems until 18 months after purchase. Our puppy chewed up the power cord. I have really missed it being operational. So, I contacted the manufacturing company to try and order a replacement cord. Their customer service is impeccable. An agent got back to me immediately and I recieved responses back within a very short period of time. I applaud their efforts for taking care of the situation and I was able to order a new power cord.

UPDATE 5/19/22: The below review is still accurate...however, after I posted my review, I was contacted by someone named Kevin, who is in a different part of the customer service dept. for the company. As far as I am concerned they should rename the department after him because he went above and beyond in his attempts to help me diagnose- and ultimately correct the problem with the cameras! I would give the review 5 stars, except for the fact that the cameras DID go out because- as in other reviews I have seen- the AC power adapter they provide with it failed. It's that simple. Kevin walked me through all the variables and we narrowed it down to the adapter, and then he shipped me a new one free of charge.That's what I expect from a company that stands behind it's product. Kevin even checked with me a day later, and helped me sort out a couple of other questions I had, including having an issue with a new router I installed not talking with the DVR. All in all, Kevin and his customer service saved the day and now I have my full security system up and running again. So, if you do purchase the new version of these- since mine are two years old- or if you have these exact ones- at least you can know that they do stand behind their product and go to great lengths to have it functional for you if something were to pop up.I have had this system for two years almost exactly. A couple of weeks ago, the cameras decided to completely stop working. I've troubleshot them, I've unplugged them, I've done all the things you're supposed to do to try to bring them back up, but nothing. I've contacted tech support..and they email me basically once or twice in the day, telling me a very short thing to try to do. That thing fails, and I respond...I wait an entire day to get another thing to try- that fails, and they sent me a video, of a different OS that they told me to try to do on my system- THAT failed. They then just told me to wait an entire day to see if anything changes...which it did not. My cameras are out door, and under a roof structure, so they've not been terribly treated...they just gave up working and I cannot get a real solution from the company...and their response time is SO SLOW and barely detailed. Very disappointed. Initially the cameras have a good picture, the night vision could be better but it is decent...their OS for playback is clunky, and you have to kind of do trial and error to figure out how to view certain times on playback. I will say that the online viewing app was easy on my iPhone.

Image quality is alright at best when you can actually connect to the nvr. It also does not come with the ability for 10 channels there are no plug ins for them there is no way to make an account on the app to view the cameras there is no 2 way audio like it says I mean if you are looking for a cheap somewhat usable system its ok but if you want something reliable this isnt it

I am Thankful for this system as we have caught neighbors on our property. The cameras have wide vision and clearness is good too. easy to set up, its in color (not black and white viewing), the night vision is very good too. The ONLY thing I wish it had is zooming in. We went to the pawn shop and bought a 24inch tv and have the system hooked up to it. Would I buy this system again? YES!!! I'm even thinking about buying my kids this system. We also bought extra cameras which one of them did not work but that's nothing to do with this system.

Cameras were easy to set up and install. Easy viewing both on the go and on-site. Great customer service.

Won't record

I replaced this system from another. I read online how to assemble camera system and was fairly easy to assemble. I like this system as it works very well. Haven’t had any problems. Great customer service although it takes a little while but worth the effort of being patient. It took me awhile to write review until I was sure it was fully operational and stayed that way.
