Les Mills bands are excellent. Although this is a very basic piece of exercise gear, the execution is excellent. For a gym rat on vacation, this was a great way to keep toned.If you are reading this you probably know about the pros and cons of a resistance band. This is another instance where buying a quality product makes sense.

We use these at my fitness center. It’s good quality. Handlesi love, so much better than using something without handles. There is no concern that it will suddenly retract and injure you. It has good resistance.
