I bought this to replace an original Apple leather case which had slowly worn out and got a crack in one corner after dropping my phone (fortunately it was the case that cracked and not the phone - always use protection kids!)Not wanting to shell out an exorbitant £45 for a replacement case from Apple I was looking for a reasonably priced alternative and decided on this case because it was relatively cheap, I know Jisoncase are a decent brand, and it didn't have large obvious logos emblazoned all over it as some cheaper cases do.These are my observations after a couple of months useLooks - 5/5 This case looks very smart. It looks, smells and feels like genuine leather, and the logo on the back is subtle enough not to be embarrassing if you like your cases to look understated. It also looks very similar to the original Apple caseFeel - 4.4/5 This feels great in the hand, and has the softness and natural warmth of leather, although when it first arrived it felt very 'slippy' as though there was no friction with your hand, causing me to grip the phone more tightly than normal. However over time the natural oils from my hand have made the leather more naturally tacky and so now it feels fine.Fit - 3/5 This is where you can tell that it's not quite the quality of an original case. Whilst it does fit perfectly over the phone, the two bottom corners have a tendency to slip if pushed, so the material used on the rear of the case isn't quite as stiff as the Apple one. This does make it much easier to apply or remove the case, but I'd rather have a slightly tighter fit, as once on, I rarely need to remove the case. There's no problem with the cut outs for the speakers at the bottom or the rear camera.Function - 2.5/5 Again, the quality here is not as good as the Apple case, which uses indented plastic buttons for the on/off and volume, which give you a nice clicking feedback when pressed. The buttons here are all part of the same material and as a result they're considerably stiffer out of the box, requiring a more deliberate press to activate the volume or on/off function. This has improved slightly over time, but unless I'm looking at the phone I'm often not sure whether the press has registered and so I do miss the nice solid click of the Apple case. Also, the cut-out for the silence switch is too deeply recessed, meaning that it can be difficult to turn the switch to the on position when off. Sometimes I have to get a finger nail and make sure I'm looking at it, which is annoying when you want to just do it silently in your pocket.Protection - 4/5 So far so good. If anything it offers slightly more protection that the original Apple case because the lip is slightly more raised around the screen and the camera - although it loses a star because the fit isn't quite as tight, so I worry that it might pop out of the case if dropped from a height (an experiment I plan to avoid if possible..)Value - 5/5 You can't fault this for value. When you consider that it's nearly 3 times cheaper than an Apple case, and almost as good in several respects I don't think you can have any complaints about value for moneyOverall - 4/5 I've given this 4 out of 5, even though some areas scored lower, partly because it's such good value. The fact that you can buy 3 of these cases for 1 Apple case means that the benefits of an Apple case are ultimately outweighed by it's price, whereas the reverse is true for this case.Therefore I wouldn't hesitate recommending this case, and wouldn't buy a full price Apple case againDisclaimer: I bought this case full price, with my own money. Bought this because I couldn't justify the extra expense on the Apple branded version and I regret nothing. Looks great, I've shown it to people and they didn't even notice it wasn't the Apple's own version.The only con is that the buttons are not as easy to press as they are on the Apple version. Nice leather case. Unfortunately it’s not very sturdy. Have it for a few months and one corner was badly damaged very quickly (one drop).

I owned the Apple case for my 6s but wasn’t prepared to fork out for it this time. This seems every bit as good to me. It is pricey but it’s an awful lot cheaper than the Apple case. I can’t find anything else directly comparable, certainly not for this price.

Great case, and the leather look on the back is nice. The only thing I would say is with the one I received it doesn't fit the bottom right corner of the iPhone as snugly as the rest of the corners - I imagine this is just a one off though.
