This is beautiful!I love the pictures - and the fact that I don't have to draw them myself. I can modify them, but I don't have to come up with a theme each month or try to draw out someone else's ideas.Before the months start, there are a few useful spreads:Blank on the left, one large frame on the right;Future log;Goals of the year;Bucket list on the left and blank page on the right;Memories of the year, with 22 predrawn spaces of varying size, and some space at the top of the pages for another 2 memories (4 at a push) or your own doodles, etc;And lastly, a single frame across a double-page spread.Then we go straight into the months.Each month starts with a double-page spread that is blank on the left and has a picture of the month's theme on the right.Next there is the monthly planner spread, with 5 rows of 7 days, a list for events, and space for your own additions. Plus beautiful artwork.The next spread is habits, tasks and goals and a predrawn mood tracker which ties in with the monthly theme.Then there are FIVE weekly spreads. Yes, I did count them each month and there are 5 spreads for each of the 12 months.First weekly spread has notes, plan, habit tracker and either 4 or 3 predrawn boxes for days (4 then 3 on alternating months). There is space for you to add another 3 or 4 boxes to make it up to 7 days.The second, third and fourth weeks all have 7 predrawn day boxes plus a tracker and space for notes.The fifth weekly spread has 3 or 4 predrawn days (making a total of 28 predrawn days per month) and space for 4 or 3 more (to make 7 for the week). It also has a space for a review of the month and notes on the next month. This spread also has a positive quote or aphorism.The twelfth month is slightly different in that there are no predrawn spsces for the days. This looks intentional due to the shape of the spaces that are predrawn in the middle 3 weeks.After the 12 months there is a spread with a frame on the left labelled achievements of the year and a blank page on the right, followed by two fully blank spreads.Inside the back cover, there is a paper pocket. It looks relatively sturdy, being doubled over paper, but it's probably best to be gentle with it (because it's paper).Other features:The paper is smooth to the touch and takes fountain pen ink beautifully. It's a lovely surface to write and draw on, and each page feels pretty thick as you flip through the book.There is a pen loop (the perfect size to hold my fountain pen, my child's Berol handwriting pen or their four colour biro).There is an elastic bellyband.There are two bookmarks (the front one is grey and the back one is pale green).The cover is slightly puffy, and the embossed gold picture on the front looks both beautiful and classy, and is perfect for an artist's diary.All in all, this is a gorgeous diary and I'm glad I took the chance of getting it.I'd also like to thank the people who nearly put me off from buying this with their reviews saying there are only 3 weeks per month: because you didn't count the days, only the full weeks, this diary was still on the shelf this Autumn and I was able to get it at a significant discount...To other people who have read those negative reviews I would like to reassure you: there are 28 predrawn dsys each month and space for you to add another 7 in the same style as the rest of the month. I don't know any months with 35 days, but I'm slightly tempted to use each 'month' for a full 5 weeks because the themed pictures are so beautiful! 😁

I have been using Scribble & Dot journals for their high paper quality for years and this one seemed lovely in concept. Unfortunately it’s very poorly executed.The trackers make no sense, there isn’t a clear part of many of the illustrations to colour or label on the “mood” trackers particularly, and the habit trackers are inconsistent across the spreads - surely if I want to maintain a habit, I want to track it more than just one week out of every few!And like other reviews mention: there are inadequate weeks per month. Yes, there are a couple of extra “half” weeks either side of the three fully labelled weeks. But this is an awkward way to make the space use feel more efficient. For most months you need four whole weeks and two part-weeks: not three plus two. Otherwise you have to awkwardly shove in an extra day somewhere, and it’s very unsatisfying.There are also not enough blank pages for adding in anything personal beyond the pre-defined spaces, which makes it very limiting.

Lovely book and design, only issue is that every month only has 3 weeks in it? Like it'll go into the monthly review section after the 3rd week in the month. Which is really annoying.

This planner was beautiful and made a perfect gift. It came in a lovely presentation box, which matched the journal colours and was wrapped in tissue paper within which gave it a really expensive feel. Considering the price of some other brands of journals and planners, this was really good value given its high quality. The cover of the book was made of a soft suede effect type fabric and looked very sturdy. The pages are thick and are unlikely to have any bleed through from ink pens etc and the ready made touches to the journal are perfect for beginners who want to journal but are perhaps worried they won’t have the time or creativity to create lots of spreads throughout. As it is also undated you can start your journal whenever it suits and tailor it to your needs.As this was a gift, I haven’t used it myself but was so impressed with the quality that I will be looking at scribble and dot journals when I next need to replace mine. I would definitely recommend!

It all looks and feels like good quality but as others have mentioned it only has 3 finished weeks per month 🙈 the details however are exquisite throughout so you can forgive the oversight here. There are blank pages throughout and at the very back to add in your own sections if you wish; one thing I found though is the dots are extremely faint to the point I actually couldn't see them at all in low light not a problem on the premade pages but I imagine it will make things difficult for creating on the blank pages. Great for a beginner (like me) to get the idea of how to layout a bujo or for someone who loves to colour in (it's me hi!😂) so many parts to colour in here! maybe not so good if you're a perfectionist (3 week months anyone? 🙈😂)
