Comfortable, and versatile as a topper or a guest bed
Very comfortable. My XL Twin Mattress has a bit of a sag in the middle so I thought I'd try using this as a topper - let me tell you, it was great, I woke up without back pain for a change. I left it on for awhile but a 4" topper on top of a deep mattress is just too much height for regular sheets so I removed it & will try a different topper. Meanwhile I will use this for guests, and for a safety cushion when I'm doing some aerial yoga. I am super sensitive to smells, and I didn't notice anything at all. The zippered case that came with it is perfect for keeping it clean & out of the way when not in use. I may purchase a fold up frame for it, to use when we have guests. I'm really happy with my purchase, it doesn't hurt that I was watching prices so I snagged it when it was at it's lowest price point. Score!

Better than sleeping on the floor.
I bought this because I didn’t like sleeping on the floor every night. It’s definitely more comfortable than the floor, but I still get backaches when I wake up and you can feel the floor on your hip if you lay on your side. Firmness is good for 4 inches of memory foam. Foldability, can’t mess up. I sweat at night, even on the floor, and warmth is there. No cool spots. It’s not a perfect mattress, but I’m giving it 5 stars because it does feel like a few inches of foam, and it’s my bad for assuming 4 inches would be good. It’s enough for now and I don’t have plans to buy something different, but I don’t love it.

Needed Something To Sleep & Easy to Store/Unpack Daily
Unlike many people, beds hurt my back. I have degenerative disc disease, osteoporosis, and scoliosis.I have slept on air mattresses (no thanks), the floor, yoga mats, futons, and hammocks (yes, plz n thank you).My current living situation has me in a furnished room, that I have really tried to make my own. The bed is pushed up against the wall and on it's side. Now I have room for my art studio and room for a floor mattress. Once I move out, I plan to get a hammock as I have 3" wall hooks to place within studs, as well as this tri-fold cushion.I love that this is easy to unfold and fold back up - however, the nice storage case sent with it - it takes forever to simply place it back IN. To the point, I even made custom cardboard walls to hopefully make it easier, but I would have to sew cloth over it to truly make it worthwhile. So, for now I just fold up and lean against a desk. Or, if I have the energy in the morning I will take time and place within the bag that I have lined with cardboard now. It does free up the space quite nicely and I can work in my art studio as if no bed existed.Comfortability? I find it comfortable, as well as my dogs :) I have had to tell my dog to go lay in her bed so that I could sleep. ( she loves to take up as much space as she can ). However, this may be unrelated as I have pains a lot - but my tailbone has been in a lot of pain and wondering if this mattress is the culprit? I did have to switch the direction I lie down on it because if you have it faced one way - your butt will fall in the crease, per the design of folding up. However, if you turn it the other way, the crease is flush with fabric, but I can still imagine that it probably allows a dip once I lie down - so this very much could be affecting my tailbone.I know that it's intent (it seems from other buyers/reviewers, anyway) is to be used as a sofa or bed topper - but I didn't see why it couldn't be used as a floor cushion, too. This works for now, as it was within my budget - but, I probably will be looking for a more luxe option in the future. The material on top snags VERY easily, I have to make sure there is a blanket if my dogs ever choose to lay on it, as their nails or paws snag the fabric. And then you have all these snagged strands hanging off that are very fine fluffy cotton strands....

Firm, Comfortable Space Saver
It's very firm, but it's still comfortable. It's about as soft as whatever surface you have it laying on and you can feel that even more so where the mattress folds. I like the firmness of the mattress, though, and the wood from the box spring doesn't bother me much. That being said, I've been sleeping pretty well on it. It rolls up easily and takes up little space, great for if you have to use a room for multiple activities. However, it's not good at holding warmth; it's very "breathable". If your room is really cold, you're going to be able to feel it through the mattress ESPECIALLY where it folds.

Comfy for kids and adults
This is a great little mattress. I have twins, and I got one so they could sleep in each other’s rooms if they wanted, or for sleepovers. I got the 4 inch single size and I’ve slept on it a handful of times myself and find it comfortable, no sinking through the mattress to the floor (I’m 5’7” 135 lbs for reference). The cover has been fine, I’ve washed it just a couple times and it’s easy enough to get on and off. I put a fitted twin sheet on it so I don’t have to wash the cover as much. The storage bag is nice but it does take up a decent amount of closet space. I’d buy a second one if I wasn’t worried about finding a place to store it.

Great purchase!
Bought because 1 year old would always want to fall asleep on our bed and we just wanted to be (much) closer to the floor. Kept next to the crib, it’s been 5 months and it’s the best purchase we could have made. With a bad back, it was important to find a good option and I’ve had no issues with this mattress, even on long nights getting baby back to sleep before moving them into the crib.

Soft is very soft you end up feeling the ground below you
These work but they are too soft. You can feel the ground after laying on them for a while. The ones we got said soft but I though at 4" it wouldn't compress so much that you would feel the ground. They are also quite narrow. I think a little wider and either a medium on the firm scale or a 6". I think the 4" medium would be the better way to go if they have that.
