Circulon A1 Series with ScratchDefense Technology Nonstick Induction Cookware/Pots and Pans Set, 9 Piece, Graphite

We've been using this set frequently with an induction cooktop for 4 months. They are perfect! They conduct heat evenly, they are truly non-stick (food slides around easily in the pans), and they clean up easily. We've used some of these pans ~30 times and they still look new. The see-through lids are great. I've seen a review that says than you cannot see through the condensation in these lids, but that is incorrect. You can clearly see inside while cooking, which is super helpful for adjusting the burner temperature and recognizing when your food is done. The lids also have draining holes on two sides; in most cases you can drain the food without using a collander. One suggestion: if you cook a lot, you'll want to add the 12" pan because you will need it (if you are using induction, buy the A1 series). Two notes: 1) we usually wash these in the lower rack of our dishwasher; 2) we don't use metal cookware. We strongly recommend this set!

I bought this set to replace a failing set of Ninja cookware. I had bought a single induction burner to see if I liked how it cooked, and the Ninja set was super cheap at a B&M store. I loved the induction so much, I bought a range to replace an absolutely terrible coil electric one. This set is gorgeous, cleans like a dream, and cooks even better. I got it on Prime Day for much less than "list" price. I had looked at a set hawked by a certain foul-mouthed British TV chef and nearly swallowed my tongue at the price of his. I'm not spending more than a mortgage payment on pots and pans. These seem incredibly sturdy, nothing sticks, and the draining lids for the saucepans are very nice. My biggest complaint, and it's not really a complaint, is that this set comes with a tiny saucepan, and a huge saucepan, and not one in between. So, I'm off to search if there's an in-between one. If you're on the fence, pull the trigger. Do it!

Been using these for about 6 months. I have to say they work great. Nonstick, haven't scratched. Lived up to all expectations!

Been 2 years since I gifted to myself for Christmas- thought I'd let people know that they are still good after almost every day use. I do not use metal utensils or put in the dishwasher, but they have held up well- no peeling or scratches! Well worth the money. Easy to clean even after sitting overnight. Glad I went with the rubber handles, even if it means I can't move directly to the oven.

Love these pots and pans. The only brand I found that customer reviews didn’t say the handles get hot to the touch. The anodized aluminum black color on the inside and gray exterior look great. The no stick surface lives up to its reputation. However, the ridges on the bottom make a loud noise when making scrambled eggs and it drives my wife crazy ( the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5). Any residue left in the pan wipes out easily with a paper towel before washing by hand with a sponge. We haven’t tried the dish washer yet. I recommend buying the largest pan for stir frying (sold separately ), as the largest frying pan in the set is not large enough. The pans are made of thick durable anodized aluminum and they rate a 10 when tested for compatibility on our new induction stove. The pans heat evenly and quickly which is more a function of the stove. Bacon browns evenly from end to end at low heat setting. Water boils quickly at highest setting and slow boils when the heat setting is turned down to 4. The lids that come with the set have a unique strainer pattern at opposite ends of the lids (except the largest fry pan lid) so there is no need for a colander. The handles don’t get hot on the lids or pan due to the silicone construction and the handles are solidly attached to the pans so I don’t expect them to loosen over time which several other brand reviews complained about. We steam our vegetables but I couldn’t find an steamer insert that fits the large sauce pan anywhere online. I tried one made by Caraway but it was too large. Circulon should offer one that fits. Great value for the money and easy to use.

Been using these for about a month and they are awesome! No scratches, cooks evenly, and clean up is so easy. My first set of cookware was circulon almost 30 years ago. Have tried other brands and have finally circled back to them:)

A nice set, we are using in a motorhome. Several months in, and they are holding up well.

Too early to give an assessment. It's brand new, most of it still unused. So far so good!

One of my best purchases for cooking pans. It was worth every penny I paid! I use it everyday and got rid of almost all my other pans as this meets the requirements for curries, stir fries and soups! I highly recommend it.

Really good pots and pans, they are alot smaller than I thought

Decided to change out all my cookware for the New Year and so glad I did. Also glad to have chosen this line over more expensive designer line. Nice touch with the pots that have vented lids. Easy pour small pot and easy to clean by hand. My vote is go for it!

So far non stick surface seems really good. The smallest pot is very small but the other two are a good size. Happy with the purchase especially since they were on offer
