So being a fan of Smarty Pant's Vitamin's for years now, and loving their Probiotic gummies, I was excited when they launched their new Mineral Gummy. Being that I have the beginning of Osteopenia, having a calcium and magnesium supplement was crucial for my health. LOVE!!! Yes, the taste takes a bit to get used to, but hell, you are eating minerals. I actually love the taste now and really look forward to my evening dosage. For me, the side effect was I found myself falling asleep watching television. Hmm, was it the magnesium making me sleepy?? I was not sure until I ran out for 4 days and noticed the luxury of dosing off subsided. Once my delivery came, and I began to relax again, I knew it must be these little gems!!! I highly recommend this company for their research and development team as they think of everything before launching. And the fact that they are also philanthropic is an added benefit. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

I have a four year old who was displaying behaviors at school that could not be controlled no matter what my husband and I did. I researched tirelessly on natural remedies and came across this. I read good reviews and decided to give it a shot. After trying this for a few months I have noticed a slight improvement in his behaviors. I combine this with magnesium oil rubbed on his feet, Relaxasaurus, and one of these in the mornings. I give him a break on the weekends so he can enjoy his vitamin free days and be a kid all he wants to be. He loves the taste of it and I even take one along with him. My three year old will even ask for one every now and then and he seems to like the taste as well. They had a difficult time chewing them at first but now they don't seem to mind it. I will continue to buy them as long as they are available.

They taste chalking my grand kids couldn’t tolerate taste good quality just if you have kids who are big on taste they will not like them is all .

My kids love these. They never fail to remind me of their "nighttime" vitamin. May be a little chilly but they don't seem to mind.

Chewable, softer than Starburst. Individually wrapped just like Starburst. Flavor is good, not as sweet as Starburst but close. Just so you know--these have calcium CITRATE. Typical vitamins like Flintstones or One A Day have calcium CARBONATE (including Citracal--the name is misleading and refers to the citrus flavor, it is not calcium citrate). Calcium citrate is easier to digest. It is also suitable for bariatric patients (bariatrics cannot digest calcium carbonate). These should be taken 2 hours before or after taking iron vitamins. The only issue I have with these is they're SO much like candy my kids want them constantly and I have to really monitor to make sure they don't ask for too many.

I was giving my child the vitamin, and she started crying and gagging, I do not recommend this for children or picky eaters, it taste like chalk and too sweet

Nasty flavor, weird texture. My kids hate it. Don’t recommend.

This is an amazing mineral formula, a good source of magnesium for bones. Help my kids when their legs were hurting.
