Saved me $54
My son's Xbox one controller had a drifting issue, and this purchase fixed that. Using YouTube we took the cover off the controller, tried cleaning the analog stick with rubbing alcohol and canned air, but the drifting problem persisted. Next up was to try and replace the sensor, but I could not find them for sale. I did find this two pack of the whole analog module, and each module has two sensors. We replaced the sensor to the right of the analog stick that controls up and down, and voila, my son is playing 2K without issue. In all, we are able to fix this without any soldering. To summarize, we took off the top cover by removing 5 Torx 8 screws. We popped off the analog cover, then used tweezers and a tiny screwdriver to pry back the green cover for the sensors. We cautiously clicked the new senor into place and the new cover, and the controller is fixed for less than $6 rather than buying a new one for $60.

First one worked
This joystick worked better then the original based on the xbox series x device accessories recalibrate tool. It snapped back to center each time better then the opposite side. You will need tools to remove solder which will take a little experience. Stick drift is gone! Controller is back to original fit and sensitivity. It's worth the money.

*Almost* perfect & Easy work around
*Update: The new joy stick components work well on our Xbox One controllers! (After sanding down the plastic bottom a bit). I’ve already ordered more to have on hand for if/when my boys need to have them swapped out. Happy mama here. Saved so much money repairing instead of replacing controllers.Original review: Bought these to fix an Xbox one controller with massive stick drift and one snapped stick. I haven’t finished replacing them yet but: I discovered that while almost everything appears to match, the plastic ridges on the bottom (right in pic) of the component doesn’t allow it sit flush to the board. I sanded one down using my Dremel (left in pic) and it seems to fit flat and flush now. If I hadn’t sanded it down, there wouldn’t have been a whole lot to solder into place. I will update again when I finish swapping them out.

Do not buy!!!
The media could not be loaded. Ordered these to practice replacing analog modules and luckily it was just for practice and not on a controller I planned to use as my daily driver because the set I got is complete garbage straight trash quality. They came with bent pins (weren't handled with care during shipping) but the modules themselves do not go in a smooth circle watch video for example

Soldered and works perfect
Works really well once installed. Removed old joystick and soldered this new component in place. Works like nothing ever happened.

Came with some drift
I got these sticks to replace the ones on my Xbox One S controller, but found they were only less drifty than the ones I was replacing. They aren’t drifting to the extremes, but they do sit away from the center when the sticks are at rest. Overall, they work well enough but are also a bit annoying for games that don’t have a dead zone appropriate for them.

Great Value
I swapped one of the potentiometer internals onto my Xbox series x remote and that fixed my stick drift! I don't know how to solder so I'm glad that was all I needed. Wish it was delivered in a box instead, but it wasn't damaged regardless.
