Well made product and provides everything you need to monitor blood sugar levels

I had the older version of this blood sugar monitor Argos who sold it to me stopped supplying the test strips! I eventually bought the newer model, the first one did not work! I returned it and got another one. This one works well it only came with a few strips I tried to get some more strips from Argos but they stopped supplying them? I got these on line and they work, bit of a pain Argos selling things that we buy expecting them to support their items then finding they just drop them and us customers in it. Good old Amazon stepped up and I can use my tester still!

Not overly impressed. Average quality, but does the job.

My wife is a Type 2 diabetic, and uses this Kinetic Wellbeing monitor daily to check her glucose levels. The instructions provided were concise and clear, and setup was simple (we had never used one before). The readout is very clear. It has been interesting to see how readings fluctuate throughout the day, and what affects the glucose levels the most.The three included control solutions gives confidence that the monitor is functioning within limits, which is a great feature.

Most of the strips ended up in the bin because they were too flimsy to collect the blood. I am fairly sure that the manufacturer wants us to pierce ourselves so deeply several times a day so that we have large drops of blood that drop onto the test strip in a perfect form. Putting this product anywhere near your skin will cause it to move and thus have an error 4 code. The blue test strips are much more sturdy and did the job well. The system was upgraded badly so I will keep with the old system.
