These are awesome. I have a knuckle that gives me bad pain after bowling or golf. I've always tried to ice it which can get pretty clunky with larger ice bags or even bags of ice. It's hard to get the cold right where you need it. Be mindful, these get very very cold. Pain then numb, exactly what an ice pack is supposed to do. Also keep in mind the cold wears off quite quickly, also good IMO. The reason I say this is because the cold is intense, and when the cold starts to wear off it's a good reminder to take off the sleeve. These are quite comfortable to wear and fit my ring finger easily. I have large hands, size XL glove size so these should work for most people with average to large hands, but might be a little big if your fingers are short and skinny.

Sprain your finger? I got'cha! Achy finger joints? I got'cha! These freeze up nicely, and feel really good on achy finger joints. Stays cold for a long time - couldn't tell you how long as I've never left it on long enough for the coldness to go away. Feels so good after typing all day, controls finger swelling without the watery mess of a bag of ice, and no more using a full sized ice pack when I just need it on a finger.

I recently dislocated my pinky finger. This item works well. After taking it out of the freezer, I put it on my pinky finger for about 10 mins. Does what it says. The downside is that it large for my pinky.

These gel finger sleeves have been really helpful for post-surgery swelling. They work well hot or cold and are easy to use and reuse. The compression is light—great for my larger fingers (ring size 11.5), but a smaller size might work better for those with thinner fingers.Only downside is the inner seam leaves a skin impression, but it’s minor. Overall, effective, comfortable, and meets my needs perfectly!

They are absolutely enormous! I'm average size with (what I've been told are) large hands and these finger ice packs absolutely swallowed my fingers up! But they did provide cooling which should lead to healing! So, useful but more for someone ring sized 14 than ring sized 6.

I have Raynaud's in my index finger and these are perfect for warming it up quickly. I highly recommend.
