The best floor and upholstery cleaner
Look, I can't say enough good things about this stuff. It has a pleasant smell and the best part is how it attacks urine smells. I got lazy one winter and didn't cover my outdoor patio cushions very well. Some tomcat moseyed in and marked them and the wicker side. A little spray and scrub and it ELIMINATED the problems. I've used it on my litter boxes as part of the cleaning process and on the floor when they missed their mark. My mother tried EVERYTHING on a spot on her rug where my cat had an accident until I found this stuff. I just sprayed down the area and the smell finally went away. Get it for regular cleaning and for those accident prone babies.

Cleans as intended
Taylor Fresh floors was recommended by the manufacturer of my laminate flooring. It cleans the floors nicely, however it takes quite a bit of time if you want to clean a large area. The use instructions say to spritz a 4 x 4 foot area and then wipe the area dry. If you have 1,000 square feet (which I do) cleaning 16 square feet at a time takes a lot of time! So I use it mainly for spot treatments. It does leave a bit of a residue so you have to make sure it is completely dry before walking over it. Also, I did use it on some stains on the upholstery in my truck and it worked great!

Good product too expensive
This is a good floor cleaner and was recommended by the flooring manufacturer. However at 35 dollars a bottle for a cleaning product is ridiculous. Yes recommended but will find a product comparable.

Love this product
Love this product. After 6 weeks in our new home the floors were finally clear of moving boxes & I could clean them. I lightly misted the floors with the product & used a dust mop styled mop to mop floor. It took very little effort & the floor looks great! Also has a pleasant scent.

a little goes a long way and does an excellent job of cleaning wood floors
This is the brand of floor cleaner used by our new wood floor installers (rather than, for example, Bona). Even though It's pricey, a little goes a long way and does an excellent job of cleaning wood floors. The bottle says it's "green" and cleans most other flooring as well as wood.
