there is nothing bad to say about this controller I really like it its easy to carry around the quality was amazing just perfect

Everything I hoped it would be . So far no issues , great fun and a decent product. The delivery was smooth and on time. Just don't bother trying to use Barclays instalments and it wasted nearly a week of my life trying.

Product is amazing but had a fault after 2 weeks, Amazon would not offer a replacement even though showing 7 in stock and Informed me I needed to contact the manufacturer for repair. £2k for a top of the range controller with no after sales support. Bit of a joke really but they will never change. Sometimes better purchasing from a reputable shop for any kind of after sales support I think.

A great product when it works as it should, I am pleased to say, It dose most of the time! Theres nothing on the market that can do what the Denon Prime 4 plus, can do, it's a fantastic piece of Technology, Dose more than Pioneer lets say, I've owned a few Pioneer products. they are good. without problems. I use it mainly with my own Music stored on a SSD Drive inserted into the Denon DJ, I occasionally use WiFI to stream, using, Beatport and Tidal, to experiment with new tracks. A great feature to have, PLEASE NOTE this Denon was up to date with the recent software Version. I don't know if I got a dodgy DENON DJ prime 4, Because the Wifi failed to connect to a router after 6 months, Hence the one star review. Leaving me no way to connect to my Beatport or Tidal account, Frustrating when your paying a subscription for the Streaming Services, I have had to repack and send it back to Amazon, for a full refund, Not something ones expects after 6 months! I will also point out that sometimes on rare occasions the software glitch's, Leading to having to shut it down then restart It, Not good if one is in the middle of a set! But! Please note that the Music still continues playing, The problem is with the Screen info, The wave forms and bars start moving out of Sync. Even thought they are in Sync, Lost a little faith in Denon after this experience. Taking into consideration this is Denon's flag ship model! But I"ve not given up, I have purchased another Denon Prime 4 plus, I will update this review in the future, hopefully with a better review.

Blows pioneer out of the water !

A great bit of kit

No doubt a very capable machine but takes a lot of getting grips with. The packaged quick start guide touches on the basics but nothing more. I know how to DJ and how these things work but there are so many features I think this will definitely take time to exploit everything it can do and how it does it. The integration of Amazon Music Unlimited has proved great so far, to get access to tracks I don’t own - although it has to analyse downloaded tracks every time they are downloaded. This is a beast. It’s big and weighty. A real feel of build quality but this is not going to hide away subtly when not being used. Really pleased, but will take time to learn!
