Alphacool Eiszapfen G1/4" M-M Quick Release Coupling Set, Deep Black

if your creating a soft line open loop for your PC cooling needs these are great they allow you to disconnect each component with out draining the hole loop. they also allow you to drain the loop easily if you remember to buy 1 extra set ti allow air in from both sides.there are 2 or 3 versions of this fitting set that I have found the set I bought was Male 1/4G threads on both pieces but there are sets that have 1 piece Male and one piece Female 1/4 G threaded and I have seen a set that has both Female 1/4 G threaded. So keep in mind what you would like to do with them you may need a few other fittings for it to work,Also keep in mind they do take up a bit more space than standard fittings but for me that was worth it. I dont loose more than 2 or 3 drops of coolant when I disconnect a line. The images may not bet that sharp but these are the black version of these fittings and the way I am using them. I have more of them in the back of my case on the pumps and reservoirs and radiators

over all works really well. there is going to be some force required to connect these connections, so make sure you can physically handle both ends while coupling them.they WILL require a female to female adapter while connecting to another line, food for thought.working very well in my rig with multiple connections, radiators, pumps, and ports. very pleased with this.4/5 because they cost money, as they should.i will be posting images soon.
