Our rental property only has a single light in the garage towards the front and needed more lights to brighten it up. We decided to try these due to the hexagon pattern and the length of the fixture. It made the BIGGEST difference! These lights are totally awesome. It took about 20 minutes to assemble the light and another 15 minutes to line it up and screw them into the ceiling. The lights come with 3 different ways to mount: screws, zip ties or anchors. It also has 2 ways to connect it to power: a standard us electrical plug or a wire that you can hard wire into an electrical box. The lights are super bright... my fiancé said they were overwhelmingly too bright so I opted to use the electrical US plug with a smart Wi-Fi switch so they don't always have to be on when the main in on. It does seem a bit expensive for what it is... but we also just bought Phillips hue BR30 bulbs for around 30 a piece. This light is made up of 24 LED light strips... so comparatively its great. Looking forward to all the projects I can now do in the garage!! Highly Recommend!

It's very bright and the light is white. Due to the design, the light spreads all over room. It's very lightweight so easy to fit in celling and no worry to fall. I also tried different variations to fit the light in zigzag pattern and that's also possible to fit. I am happy with purchase now. Only negative side is that the cable is short and hard to fit in the given bracket. Also other good to have is the other shape connecting brackets like 90 degreen and 180 degree brackets to fit in the different shapes. Other than that I am happy with purchase.. Update: finally I fixed it on celling in living room. As hexagons we're coming above the fan, it was giving the shadow of fan so changed the design. See the final design and outputin alarm 2 photos. I was using daylight bulbs about 7 in all directions in the same room... Now those looks super dull Infront of this lights... Also, it's not too bright to see directly as it's diffused nicely.. It took long to set this design and took longer to set properly on celling due to the proper measurement required for perfect parallel to side wall and wanted to keep fan in exact center.. Very happy finally..

Super easy to assemble, but the joints are brittle. Not really a fault of the product, but solo install is very tricky. What's good is that there are multiple ways to mount these, and I used all of them. First there are screw holes in each joint, second there are clips that can be used to screw in and clip into any of the light bars, and third, they give you a fat bundle if zip ties, which can be used to suspend the assembly for either mounting or permanent fixture if the lights. The surface I mounted these to was uneven, so I used all three to make the lights secure and level. Huge effect for like 60 bucks, and in conjunction with a remote outlet switch, I can hit a button by the garage door and light it up like it's day time.

First, the positives - the lights look awesome. The color is great, the brightness is perfect and the wow factor is there. Easy to assemble, connectors felt solid, the complete set is lightweight, pricing is fair, and understanding what you need to do to install them is straightforward. Now the negatives - for some reason, the manufacturer decided to remove the eyelets as part of the connector pieces so that a screw could be driven through to hold the connectors into the ceiling. Mine came with clips you had to install first, then snap the lights into the clips to hold them in place on the ceiling. The clips were flimsy, and it was almost impossible to get enough clips into the ceiling and keep the hexagon shape perfectly aligned. After struggling for an hour on the first set of hexagons, I abandoned the clips that came with the light and went with strong double-sided tape, putting a piece of tape on the top side of each connector, and hanging up 2-3 sections at a time to keep things aligned. For extra holding, I ordered some U brackets from Amazon, bought some small lag bolts from a local hardware store, and strapped 2 brackets on each set of hex lights. Overall I'm very happy with how these lights turned out.

Very Bright color than competitors, also it was very light and useful to hang on the ceiling. Feels very strong and can last, well worth the price for this 5 hexagon lights, overall useful and worth it.

I expected them to be cheap... I wouldn't drop one of these or apply too much pressure when installing. There are no direct wired/splice cable included, even though they are listed in the images under accessories. Amazon gave me some credit for this and as the lights were 3 days late. Again, don't use too much force when connecting. If a light bar/ connector doesn't connect easily; flip the light bar around and try the other end.. usually works. A few of my connectors came broken, useable ( just don't get any moisture close to them) and they feel like they could break at any moment when connecting the them to the light bars. We will see how long the last... I tested all of the bars prior to installation, there are 3 that are a bit wonky so I expect them to go soon.
