I have psoriasis on my hands and am very allergic so I am hard to treat medically for my bleeding hands. I read where Salicylic acid was used as an over the counter medication for psoriasis. When I put it on my hands, the burning pain becomes unbearable and I end up washing the oil off my hands. It may be that this was too strong but there was no indication of the strength needed for psoriasis on any of the descriptions on-line.

Questionable efficacy. I’ve used other brands Salicylic acid at a lower percentage and those did more for my skin than this one. This product has not shown to peel or exfoliate at all. When neutralizing, there’s no reaction. Almost like there’s nothing to neutralize.I’ve left this product on different parts of my skin for different amounts of time to test its strength. . 1 minute all the way to 2 hours. This was a waste of money. I had hopes of mixing this into a cream but it doesn’t do anything. Don’t buy this.

Recently I had a large brown "age spot" grow on my forehead which became rather unsightly. My Doctor said it was not cancerous and was just a growth, so I would have to pay out of pocket for a Dermatologist. After doing some online research I purchased this product and applied some every night before bed with a Q-tip and let it set for a couple of minutes. I then rinsed the spot with water and applied a retinol serum followed by a retinol cream. After about 6 weeks the spot slowly peeled away and revealed new normal skin. While there is still a very slight blemish remaining, it is hardly noticeable and my forehead looks way better now. I am very pleased with this product and only wish that I had discovered it much earlier.

I'm too scared to burn my face and hands, and so I diluted this with one of my serums so it's still strong enough to dry out the Upper layer of my skin without burning.I used to use a 7% serum that worked well, and then it ran out on Amazon for a while. I was careful with the ratio... the first couple times I didn't put enough, but by the third time I added more to my other serum it worked out great.I use it about once a week at most. My skin is dry and flakes for about 2 days and then my skin is smooth after that. It's worth the price. This bottle will last me a long time!
