I'm not much of a reviewer, but these inserts deserve a review.Me: 32y.o 6'6" 205lbs Volleyball PlayerWhen out on a limb and tried these. Not overly expensive compared to the inherent "high end" insert brands. The comfort and fit are everything. True to size. They hug my feet perfectly. Excellent stability and cushion. I feel very secure in my shoe and the shock disappation is next level. My knees love these inserts. The way they position your feet in the shoes is a little more aggressive than a run of the mill insert. Tilted just slightly forward, rather than flat. It makes a tremendous difference. It took about 10 minutes to get used to, but the difference is amazing. That slight tilt makes my first step quicker and I feel more explosive in my movement. (I have no data to confirm that I am more explosive, but I feel it). I've tried them in Adidas Dame 7s, Lebron 20s, Asics SkyElites, Asics Gel Rockets ,and Mizuno Wave Momentum 2s. Phenomenal in all of those shoes. Quality is excellent, built sturdy, clean, no imperfections. I have pretty high faith that these will last me through one year of volleyball per purchase. And at 60 dollars, that is a steal. I've burned through hundred dollar inserts in a few months. Congratulations, MOVE! You have a customer for as long as I'm playing volleyball and doing sports of any kind .Highly recommend. We made the swap from vktry insoles to these based on a reddit forum - my daughter palys vball and we saw all the adds about vktry insoles. And we tried them. And loved them. They made her feel steady in her jumps. But they're so expensive and they don't swap between shoes well. So we went looking for a different pair that are substantially similar with less cost. And these worked wonders. Same type of springboard feeling, same rigidity and stability, and less cost. They don't make any outrageous claims (which are never true). They fit true to size.

I got these inserts for my grandson. He plays basketball and said these work great for him, they are comfortable no slipping and seems to help keep his ankles more in line so they don't twist as easily.

Need a couple of days to break inThe insole lasted about 8 months and then the fabric peered off on the inner forefoot. Hopefully, the durability get better since the front insole is not thick enough.

Love love love these great feeling and comfort. I have some retro shoes I wear, it feels like the same shoes although different. My feet have more stability on all pressure points, I don’t feel as if it reaches one spot better than the other , it’s all over the feet.

Felt like walking on a cloud, fit perfect in shoe. Gave feet comfort, quality was good.

I’m using these for basketball…best insoles I have ever owned will continue to run these in my hoop shoes

Have been using them casually with the my sneakers and dress shoes and they helped with arch support which is why I bought them for when playing basketball
