Great Product!
We run a regenerative medicine clinic & this freezer is great! It’s small, relatively quiet & was easy to set up. When we needed help with the machine, the company was responsive and helpful. I would not hesitate to purchase this freezer again. It really is an amazing deal for what you get, compared to what other comparable freezers cost.

Stopped working after just after 1 month
We are just passed the return window and found the device has stopped working. We lost over $500 worth of samples overnight. We only had the device for a little over a month. I would not use it for anything valuable. I have requested a refund from the manufacturer which won't replace the samples but hopefully the cost of the device!

Great, compact medical freezer
So far this freezer has been working amazingly well! I bought it because I needed to keep medical supplies at below minus 80 c and it has been working outstandingly well. Pretty quiet and efficient. Definitely recommend!
