Excellent Item. Replacement. First one faulty and would not pump contents out of tube. Well it goes on smoothly and absorbs into the skin easily, also it smells divine. Hoping in the long term it will fade my dark spots (melasma) , its certainly a lovely moisturiser on my challenged old skin so I recommend it highly, an added plus it has spf 50 to protect you from harmful rays of the sun, many thanks.

Only been using this a few days so can't yet comment regarding age spots, however I mainly bought it as I wanted an effective moisturiser that also had spf50, I'm not too worried about age spots (yet!). So far I've been VERY impressed with the way this applies, it absorbs straight away and very much has the feel of a matifying primer - my skin feels soft and powdery afterwards (in a good way, a lovely smooth feel) with no trace of tackiness, greasiness or white cast because of the spf50. I'm not wearing foundation of any kind right now but it feels like you could easily wear this underneath. Especially for a moisturiser with spf50 incorporated this has a great feel. Sad that when I first looked I chose between this and the CeraVe spf50 moisturiser and eventually went for the CeraVe based on the great reviews. It was awful! The worst moisturiser I've ever used - claggy, greasy, made my skin feel dirty and clogged and was hard to get to absorb. I also immediately broke out in a couple of massive spots which never happens nowadays! If you're doing the same as me and using reviews to help you decide, this is FAR better than the CeraVe. I've knocked one star off as although it absorbs beautifully it doesn't feel quite as deeply moisturising/nourishing as I'd ideally like, however the high spf50 is exactly what I wanted

Well well well, what a surprise ! Creams very rarely do what they say they are going to do and all sorts of wild claims are made, and having reached the grand old age of 72 years have found that they very rarely meet up to expectations.I have however become increasingly annoyed by a large darkish brown area of skin on my right cheek of late, not sure if it's an age spot or sun damage- fortunately for me I work at a GP surgery so they were able to rule out anything sinister.I could easily hide this nuisance with foundation and then concealer but this was becoming increasingly more difficult to do of late, so I amused myself one rainy Sunday afternoon by researching suitable creams to minimise the damage.There seemed little to choose between them, and so I went for a trusted name and like the fact that the cream worked over night.When the cream arrived I applied it liberally as I was not going out that day and then more again at night and was very surprised/shocked to notice a minute difference the next day - enough for me to realise that I was on to a winner here.I have been using at night for over two weeks now and the dark patch of skin is hardly noticable, even without make up - a miracle after all this time.I actually prefer another night cream, so I apply that and wipe where the damaged skin is and then apply a large blob of this cream on to that area a good hour before I go to bed so that it sinks in as much as possible.After applying foundation now, I do not even need a concealer.I am very happy and satisfied with this product and can definitely confirm that it works 100% !

The media could not be loaded. Received it the other day and the pump doesn't work. I cant get the product out. I Cant return it and cant request replacement. Complete waste of money. Would like a new one preferably that does work.
