This is a solid and well-made docking station that does exactly what it’s meant to do. The range of USB ports is very useful, especially if you need to connect multiple devices at the same time. Connectivity is reliable, and everything is recognised quickly when plugged in. It’s particularly good for Microsoft Surface laptops and tablets, which don’t come with HDMI or enough built-in ports. This dock makes it much possible to connect two external monitors, keyboard, mouse, and other accessories without constantly swapping cables. The build quality feels good and durable, and it’s easy to use with a simple plug-and-play setup. Charging works well through the dock and keeps devices powered while in use, which is convenient for everyday work. Overall, it’s a practical and dependable docking station with good port selection, strong usability, and decent durability. Works well, just check what outputs and ports you require and this will do the job. It has 2 HDMI ports which is what I needed to run 2 monitors from my laptop

I have two very big monitors in my room and two laptops to connect to both. I needed a usb c sort of adapter for my monitor for my work laptop and came across this. You do need to ensure that your port is laid down somewhere flat or stable so that the connection isn’t interrupted. Where it is right now sometimes the connection can cut off - I just need to plug it back in for it to work again. Looks like the quality is pretty good honestly and I can’t say that I’ve felt the port overheat at any point during my use of it. Compared to what’s out there I’d say this is pretty good for what you’re paying.

This is a great docking station that has made connecting my laptop to two monitors very easy. It looks clean and well-designed, and it has worked reliably over the past few months without any issues. My only minor complaint is that I wish the USB-C connection cable were a bit longer, as it can be difficult to keep the dock out of the way on a smaller desk. Aside from that, it’s been an excellent and dependable hub.

Used for dual monitors. Worked okay for 10 months with occasional flickering. Turned on computer today and none of the hdmi ports are working! Less than 1 year of service. Purchased about 5 other UGREEN products in the past: hoping that they aren't going to fail before year end.

Good build quality and great when working. From the beginning one monitor would sometimes be a lower quality or periodically lose signal. Now it only works for one monitor. (hdmi cables are fine - I've done many checks and it's definitely this hub.) I would recommend trying other options first, but this was the best for the price I could find when I purchased.

Having just started working in a new remote role I was looking for a compact docking station that I could use at home, and for it to be portable enough to take with me, if I'm in an office location. This piece of kit fits the bill exactly! It is small, light, compact but also a really good quality product - well made, as are all products from UGREEN. The 2 HDMI ports are a real bonus if you require a set up where more than one visual display is needed, and there are enough USB ports (USB2 and USB-C) to connect/charge other devices. You can either use this product just solely as a docking station, to reduce the amount of cables you have to connect to your laptop/desktop, or use it to charge your device too - however in order to do this you will need a suitable charger/cable that can do this. I also purchased the UGREEN USB C 100W charger, and the UGREEN USB C to C 100W cable - this is sufficient to charge my Lenovo Thinkpad, and provide enough passthrough charging for other devices too. Would highly recommend.

It's not just hdmi extender. It feeds power to my laptop and has a USB hub. So, the two monitors, kvm switch with keyboard and mouse, USB stick and the laptop power adapter, it's all connected to this device. I only plug a single USB C cable to my laptop to get that all working, including power. This is just awesome!

Work just fine. No heat.
