No way this would ever work. I bought two for our two dogs. When you take the clay out really question how its going to work before you go to the trouble of trying. This will save you a lot of frustration. The clay is like rubber. It does not hold its shape. Press your finger into it and try to leave an impression. It won't workIf you want to keep going, try to flatten it, it will rebound. Again, should be a clue it won't work. Want to keep going, spread it out. Try to make a impression with your hand. It won't work.Do like me - spread it out, clean your dog's paw, press it in the clay, fear you might hurt your dog (mine is 105 lbs so I could try pretty hard). Hope there is magical chemicals in the paw that will make it work.One might have been a fluke, but I bought two. Both were exactly the same. I rarely leave a 1 star review, but this product deserves it. I am leary that I won't get my money back my writing this review, but I bought this as a gift for my wife on Mother's Day. So I hope writing this might help someone else in case they assume it will and so the gift won't be ruined.Ok - say something nice you may be thinking - the frames were nice. But that's not what people buy this product for. One of the worst purchases I have made.

Our fur baby was diagnosed with cancer two months ago. We knew we had limited time so we researched and ordered the Keepsake Memorial frame, and I'm so glad we did. It has space for a 4x6 photo, glass panels, a hinged center, and enough clay to make two paw prints. It is sturdy and stands up by itself. I bought sparkle sticky-letters from a local craft store to add his name to the paw impression. We are very pleased with the quality and appearance and would give 10 stars if we could. He has since passed away and we're so grateful to have his little paw print in our home. Thank you.(Side note: some reviews state dried out clay upon arrival. Ours was in perfect condition.)

This was a great product. My daughter had to euthanize her cat due to illness and we used the clay to preserve the paw print.The clay worked well but I was somewhat disappointed with the quality of the paw print after the drying process. I made sure the print was deep and well defined but as it dried the print became very shallow (kind of like how a smashed marshmallow regains some of its puffiness as it sits) and undefined. I'm going to have to use marker or paint to redefine the paw print which I really didn't want to do.

It comes with simple directions in a simple Clay mixture then will set in about 48 hours.Overall it's perfect and comes with everything you need for a long-lasting and durable paw picture frame. Highly recommend it!

I gifted this to my daughter right before her dog was put down from cancer, she was thankful for the gift and said it was beautifully made, and easy to use.

Good product for the price. Easy to do. One of my dog's is getting older and he is my wife's favorite so his paw print next to his picture makes a great Christmas gift for her. We have had rescue dogs all our life and this is a good "personal" way to remember them.

This is a great frame. I didn’t use the paw print clay. My dog had already been gone. I had ink paw prints the vet did and was able to put that on the opposite side.

The clay part doesn't hold the impression well. Wouldn't suggest it
