This product allowed me to run at moderate pace comfortably without the sharp pain of the it band. However this is not the end all be all product. You have to address the main issue why your it band is giving you problem. It could be a tight hamstring/glutes/hip or mobility issue. Address those issues first then use this product to go along with your recovery.

Absolutely amazing. Was getting severe ITB pain at 2km, but I just did a 5km today with zero pain at all.

I have started using the ITB strap by Vive for my ITB syndrome. It works like a dream - totally pain free when I use the strap and allows me to train without any issues.

I love this band.. I place the pressure portion on my painful area to left of knee, works so well.. No pain at this time ..I wear it to bed ,it's amazing..on a bad day I can wear it all day with no issues and u can't tell ur wearing it..
