Really good, needs to be better packed. 1 bottle out of 6 was broken .

The articles on better brain health and mental alertness specify CEYLON cinnamon, NOT Saigon cinnamon or any other type. This is advertised as pure organic Ceylon cinnamon. Anything that helps this 70+ year old mind function better is definitely on our table!
