Great Product. I am Very Pleased with Carlson Labs. The little bottle dispenses exactly one drop at a time when used as directed. I had a problem with my fingernails and this Vit D-3 has improved the condition considerably. I anticipate it being fully resolved after using the drops for a while longer.

I’ve been taking one drop of this consistently for about two years now. My vitamin D levels have always been very low (13 without a supplement). Previously, I had been taking 5,000iu capsule a day and my levels were only in the low 30s-40. I switched to these drops after them being recommended by a RN coworker of mine. I got my labs back last week, and my vitamin D levels are sitting in the low 80s now. I can feel a difference when I have forgotten to take them for a while, I feel more sluggish and my mood is affected. I leave these next to my coffee maker and put one drop in my coffee each morning; there’s zero taste to these which is great. These drops for sure are better than taking vitamin D in capsule form.

I’m taking this because I’m breastfeeding. I put a drop on my finger to eat. It’s tasteless and super convenient. Not sure how to know if it’s working (increased energy and immunity) or not since I have a new born and am not getting that much sleep and I have a toddler in daycare so we’re always getting daycare colds.

So much easier to swallow than a pill! No flavor! Sometimes the drop comes out unevenly, but most of the time it is the right size and within seconds!

I have been using this vitamin D3 for years now. I put a few drops in my yogurt or drink and it works great. It has no taste so it’s easy to put in anything you’re eating. I get blood tests all the time and after taking it my vitamin D levels are great, where before I started these drops, they were very low.
