Dash cam and hard wire kit were installed by a professional. The technician said it was an easy installation. There are no hanging wires. After the job was completed you can't tell that I have a front and rear view dash cam without looking really hard. Satisfied customer.

Had to get this, sadly for my dash cam. Perfect kit to use and easy to read instructions. My dash cam kit only came with a cigarette lighter adapter. So even though I had to buy this, it was a perfect fit for my Pelsee Dash Cam. Wires are small enough to stick under the headliner or plastic rails going down near the door. I will say that it was a tad long, and had to wrap a few wires. Better to be a lil long than short though.

Junk. Stops working in parking mode. Worked for about 4 months now doesn't work in parking mode when the vehicle is shut off. Only works when vehicle is running. I bought it for the reason of having parking mode.Update......Company contacted me and are sending me 2 new ones free of charge whereas i ordered 2 sets, 1 for each vehicle. Customer service was great! Will update in the future once I see if these last.

This hardware kit is a must if you are going to have the "Smart" mirror permanent in your vehicle.

Straight forward and easy to install .

It took me a couple of attempts to get this installed right, because the fuses in my Jeep are difficult to access (the ones under the dashboard). But once installed the kit works beautifully and automatically switches from recording while driving to the power saving time lapse while parking, as I set it up in the app. So far, I haven't needed the footage, and I hope I never will, but my peace of mind is definitely improved by having this gadget.
