Works Perfectly
This product worked perfectly for my purposes. I have a new Roku TV that is mounted on the wall. My DVD player is a Samsung that previously was hooked up directly to a Samsung TV. But I moved and purchased the new TV. I was trying to figure out how to use my DVD player without running cords to the TV which is currently running using WIFI applications only and has no other cords. I read descriptions on these various devices and decided to try this one. It was unclear to me at first that I had to plug the power cord into both the transmitter and receiver. I guess that should be clear but I thought they might get their power from the devices. They don’t. After I figured that out I was able to plug the transmitter into my DVD player and the receiver into the back of my TV. I plugged the receiver directly into the port and there is no problem. My DVD player and TV are right next to each other and the transmitter and receiver are about 6 feet apart. So they are close. I had to set up the DVD on my TV as you normally would and it worked perfectly. Not directly applicable to these devices but my TV remote does not run the DVD player but the Samsung remote works fine. I’m very happy to have found this product and except for needing to understand that both devices need their power supply plugged in I found it very simple. I also should mention that the power supply plugs into a USB port. This was not a problem for my TV, which has a USB port but for my DVD player I needed to use a plug with a USB port to provide power. Perhaps newer devices, like my TV, have USB ports. Very satisfied. I didn’t need tech advice so I did not rate that.

Don't buy if there is any obstructions between the transmitter and reciever.
It works, but tried hooking it up to a media box and tv about 20 feet away with a glass window between them as the only obstruction and would not connect. I'm to lazy to return the item, so I'm sure I'll put it to use for something, just not for the project i originally intended it for.

nice and clear but does run warm - 500mA rather than the stated 300
super easy to use (literally plug and play). in my case, i had to use the included usb-c power cables to get them to work. the picture is nice and clear. i use it more for presentations but it's got good response time on videos. my only complaint is that i can't find companion receivers to complete the set. note that the box says 300mA. my tests show more like 500mA so make sure you have enough oomph to power these.

Poor transmission through walls, but great seller!!
Pixelation only 10 feet away through one wall. Weak radio signal. I guess I didn't read the small print too well, was not meant to transmit through walls. Seller was absolutely fantastic in their communications and issued prompt and FULL refund however! Very professional, and service oriented, would highly recommend this seller!!
