Great lock so far. I installed it without drilling the 10mm hole above the hole and it holds just fine without it.I have to say this is a major improvement over my Yale lock. The yale lock would take roughly 5 seconds to unlock/lock this lockdoes it in 1 second. In addition to that since no zwave(yale lock) or any internet connectivity the battery seems to last longer (my yale lock battery would die in under 3 months...this one with the batteries that came with the lock it says check after 6 months in the app). I guess the only downside is you cannot remote unlock the door for someone, however you can give them a 1 time pin code if needed from anywhere.

Great product. Easy to install, good quality and looks nice on the door. The app is very user friendly. Also, during the installation process, we noticed that the lock received was not working with the app. We called customer service, they promptly answered and sent us a replacement lock. Matthew from customer service was super helpful. The replacement lock was received right away. We are very pleased with the product.

Updated Review as of 9/4/18:It took a while to address some of the issues I had with the first lock I ordered, but now they have completely refunded the first lock, and everything has been working flawlessly. The lock is amazing. I've had about 10 or 15 guests in my airbnb using the automatically integrated feature in the app and it's great. It would have been better if they were able to resolve my issues quicker, but the product review is most definitely 5 stars.

Worst buy ever, the app is clunky and difficult to get to, does not allow locking of the door from the app or even give you an indication that the door is locked or not. The codes are too long and does not allow custom code creation only auto-generated. Wish I had read some reviews before making this purchase. Installation was not very easy either.

Works great, looks great and easy to install. I am not handy at ALL, so I was very concerned about whipping out the toolbox. I didn't have to drill a single hole. This fits right into any standard door that already has a deadbolt (and you're just replacing).The biggest differentiator: customer service. I had a little confusion on one piece of the instructions (this was user error), so I called the help line. I immediately got on the phone with a warm body and they checked the question and called me right back. They texted me and called me later that night to ensure I got it figured out. Top notch guys and that's the reason I'm writing the review.I will buy another if I ever need one. Thanks guys.

Really wished this worked, but it never did. When we first installed it, it was difficult to get the automatic locking mechanism to work and then the batteries seemed to die very shortly afterward. When I replaced them, still nothing. It won’t even power on. I contacted the company but never heard back. The concept is great but what’s the point if it doesn’t work?

Has all the functions I need at a reasonable price: I can add codes remotely and set how long they last. I can see when people come and go. I agree with another reviewer that the key function is a little slow, but I don't care that much. It does feel a little loose in the door, as though someone could kick it out more easily than some, but, really, any dead bolt could be kicked out... My installer installed it so it worked backward--it locked when you entered a code. I had to take the whole back cover off and switch a toggle over. I needed extra hands to hold it all together to get it back on. The instructions were a little difficult, but good enough that I got it in the end. (Of course, I score pretty high on tasks like this... :)

better then the cheap knock offs offered , they look the same but they aren't , this one comes with great on line directions, the only thing I wish I knew is how to pick my own pin numbers , I bet I can though. its great!!!!
