This is tiny so be aware you're getting a travel sized bottle.It's a thin crème based liquid so I had to use more than I normally would for conditioner. However, it does work and greatly reduced my fizziness.I wasn't a fan of the pine tree smell but since I only used it once a week I dealt with it.
