The media could not be loaded. I was buying all kinds of pressed shirts every time I turned around for my girls at school. We've had this machine for quite a few months now and I have never had an issue with it at all. It comes up to temperature perfectly and stays there. I've never had a problem pressing any of the presses I bought from TikTok or ones that I've made with my cricket. It's worth the purchase!

I was excited when I received the new press. It was going to be a major step up from hand pressing. It sat for a while since I didn't have time to use it. It's a hobby, not my income. When I got around to it a simple HTV did not press. I pressed 3 times raising the temp and time every time. After frustration, I figured out the temp is not correct and the front of the platen does not have any pressure, not matter how much I tightened it. It is just not level and there is no way to level it. The arm is way too loose and let's it push back at an angle. I rigged it to not have any play and found the base is too thin. The base is metal, however very flimsy. I was so disappointed that I didn't take the time to find all this out before my return window closed. Now I am out $279.00. I will now need to spend more money for a reputable heat press. I should have just bit the bullet and bought a press from Heat Press Nation.

Nice even press and heat. However it is severely top heavy (I have multiple different brands of presses and have never had this issue)- and the “suction cups” that are supposed to hold it down- are worthless

Uneven pressure at the front of the press. Hat press attachment is unusable, so good luck with that. Sold it off on marketplace and the next person was unhappy too. Done with Vevor stuff.

I didn't like the booklet, was hard for me to understand how to set the time and temp, finally got it working. Worked pretty good, but when I was pressing the temp would drop as soon as I clicked mode to start. But at the end it would be back to the correct temp for most of my projects. I make a lot of items, that press at high times for what I call long periods. I ordered in Nov and used heavily for Christmas, and then today 2/17/2024 it was working this morning great. I shut it off while I was printing more projects to make for a show next weekend, and it wouldn't come back on. It has power, but the temp and time doesn't light up. Luckily when I purchased I ordered protection, and will be receiving a refund. I wouldn't order another heat from from this company. Will be looking for a better heat press.

Over all an okay heat press but if you want to do hats more than anything this will noy be the best. I now have to but a separate hat machine. It is abnormally small. You have to press and twist the hate maybe 5 times on one cap. It is impossible to print on the sizes of a hat.
