I already have a 1 HP Water pump from the same brand which is running exclusively fine for last 12 years, then also I bought this new Product from the same brand because of the Product performance Brand Trust. We needed 2 pumps for our house one for our old house and second for our new house. Water Suction and Water Flow capacity is excellent compared to other Brands in the market competition. Value for money product. I would 100% suggest this Product to those who are willing to buy a good quality Water Pump.

I purchased the Crompton Champ Plus 1 motor pump on November 4th, 2025, and within just one month it completely stopped working. When the service technician checked it, he said the motor coil inside was burned and that this issue is not covered under warranty. This is very disappointing because the product description clearly mentions water resistance, but the service person said the pump cannot handle even basic water exposure. Then why sell it as a water-resistant motor? The technician also commented that “online products are not good,” which raises serious concerns about the product quality and after-sales support. Overall, very unhappy with the product and service. I expected much better from Crompton. Not recommended.

Used it for approx 2 years now , and it still working fine, and it survived voltage fluctuations really well, can work on inverter aswell.

This is a compact 1hp water pump with great suction and overhead delivery

The pump works well for buildings with 1-2 stories, but in a 4-story building, it only performs effectively when others' motors are off. It struggles to pump water when other motors are running. My suggestion is to opt for a larger version.
