This is so fun to use! My kids and I love using the ice cream maker and making our own ice cream recipes. It’s really easy to do and everything tastes great cleanup is fairly easy. You just have to take things apart and wash them and let them dry.

We bought a 300 model for $160, it is not clear why this model (301) is being sold for almost $400, when other 301 models are being sold in mid-$200 range. Even the latest model 501 is sold for $250. I would tell anyone not to buy this product, because it is way overpriced compared to similar models. You do not even receive extra pint containers, there is really no reason this is so much more expensive.

This machine just does not work. Cooking for me is a delight. This machine just make chipped ice. I have not been able to get a pint of ice cream from it. They decline my option for return.

Have had two of these now that have broken. Ninja sort of replaced the first one (with some cost to us), and now that one has just broken again. The shaft burns out way too easily and it can’t be fixed.

Love love love this thing! It makes the creamiest ice cream and healthy too! Wonderful for cutting sugar. We use blended cottage cheese to add protein as well and it is sooo delicious and creamy. You can’t even tell it’s healthy! Thank you for a great product.

Really impressed with the unit. I ordered a black unit through Prime with the assumption that it will ship once it’s back in stock. I think over a month had passed and suddenly a white version popped up to ship right away so I ordered it and cancelled the first order. The white unit isn’t as stark white than expected so all good. I’ve made ice cream every 2nd or 3rd day to make sure this gadget doesn’t breakdown on me. I’ve made vanilla ice cream and mixed in mini chocolate chips or Oreo cookies or Carmel sauce and pecans, rum raisin ice cream (yum), chocolate ice cream and peach and pineapple ice cream from a can. The ingredients I mainly use is whipping cream and milk. The chocolate is my favorite next to the rum raisin laced in rum. Very happy with how simple and quick it makes ice cream. First negative, depending on the recipe, the ice cream can be hard and needs to be re-spun on leftovers. When you buy ice cream from the supermarket, it is eaten without needing a re-spin. So the quest is to find the right recipe to rid the re-spin on leftovers. 2nd negative, sometimes after the initial spin, the lid gets stuck on the shaft. This has happened 3 times. It’s almost like it’s frozen to the shaft or something because when it first happened. I released the the lid and removed the container section and the lid was just stuck. Then suddenly after a good minute it just released on its own and dropped down on the base. This happened a few more times. I do make sure the ice cream is leveled and I let is sit for a good 5 minutes before I run it through the machine. I baby it and exercise care and is somewhat annoying needing to do this but I want it to last. None the less, I am happy with the purchase (albeit pricey) but being able to make ice cream is satisfying.

Used this product for a couple months sporadically and lid broke. I was careful with this product and followed instructions. When I was hand washing the lid it burst open and it can't hold the blade anymore. The lid costs $14.95 USD and $25 USD surcharge and $10 USD Shipping plus tax. Great idea poor execution. The ice cream is really good and maybe someone will make a better built machine. Still better than buying ice cream from the store as this tastes amazing. If we have a treat we don't want oil fillers and what ever toxic stuff the big companies add to ice cream. Be careful with it as it is fragile.

Love my creami!!! It’s loud but works perfect

So far all of our vegan ice cream and sorbets have turned out great. Only caveat, noisy and our dog hates it.
